Both times she listened carefully and formulated what I was looking for. This time she NAILED it! My color is exactly what I was looking for and matched the photos that I showed her. Just don't forget that gratuity cannot be added to the check. I forget every time!

Very disappointed with Happy Nails. I made an appointment online and was told I would be contacted,…read morebut no one ever contacted me. I had to call myself, only to be told by the man who answered the phone, who I believe is the owner, that there were NO appointments available for the current week or even the following week. His attitude was extremely rude, and communicating with him was very difficult. If you're running a business, 1-you should be able to communicate clearly w customers and 2- customers should not have to chase you down just to get an appointment, and they certainly shouldn't be treated rudely when they call with questions. The only reason I'm giving this place one is because the woman at Station 5 is AMAZING. She is extremely nice, friendly, and wonderful to talk to. I would absolutely go back to her, but unfortunately, getting an appointment seems nearly impossible because the owner apparently will not give out appointments.

I visited this Spa recently to use a Groupon for a Massage+Exfoliation+Wrap Treatment…read more The staff was very nice and attentive, quick to accommodate any extras we wanted like manicures and waxing. They have 2 treatment rooms, so 2 of us were shown to their treatment rooms the others to the relaxation room. This relaxation room was very cozy... fireplace, couches, chairs, and included a BYOB set-up (ice, glasses, napkins) for the drinks we brought with us. Overall, the treatments were very relaxing and better than I expected. Speaking with some of the staff, I found out that a majority of them used to work for the famous Hershey Spa so I assume that people who have been there can expect similar service. Note: For clients interested in waxing services, bikini waxes only (they do not yet provide brazilian waxes).

I had my first appointment 6 weeks ago. My hair was fine so I made another appointment for last Saturday. They called and left me a voicemail the Thursday before cancelling because they were not going to be in the shop. I called back on Friday morning and got no answer but left a message for them to call me to reschedule. Did not hear from them so I called Monday afternoon. The woman that answered told me they had been doing a wedding on Saturday which was why they had to cancel my appointment. She was unable to find a time to fit me in. They could not do an evening appointment that week and once again were unable to schedule anything for a Saturday since they were doing another wedding. I am going elsewhere. Cancelling on a regular client to take on other business does not seem wise. Definitely not the kind of service I was used to when this was Splash and Ashley was there.
