They have 2 treatment rooms, so 2 of us were shown to their treatment rooms the others to the relaxation room. This relaxation room was very cozy... fireplace, couches, chairs, and included a BYOB set-up (ice, glasses, napkins) for the drinks we brought with us. Overall, the treatments were very relaxing and better than I expected. Speaking with some of the staff, I found out that a majority of them used to work for the famous Hershey Spa so I assume that people who have been there can expect similar service. I called back on Friday morning and got no answer but left a message for them to call me to reschedule. Did not hear from them so I called Monday afternoon. The woman that answered told me they had been doing a wedding on Saturday which was why they had to cancel my appointment. She was unable to find a time to fit me in. They could not do an evening appointment that week and once again were unable to schedule anything for a Saturday since they were doing another wedding. I am going elsewhere. Cancelling on a regular client to take on other business does not seem wise. Definitely not the kind of service I was used to when this was Splash and Ashley was there.

They have different rooms to relax in while waiting for your services. These rooms range in talking at any volume, a whisper room, and the silent room. You also have access to the gym, pool, and steam/sauna rooms all day. I had my massage first and chose the coconut scent and it was heavenly. I then waited and enjoyed Hershey's hot chocolate in the silent room for my facial. Again another great experience. All gratuity is included. They do offer valet parking. I self parked close by the entrance.
