Do not go here! The nail tech pushed my cuticles back so far that my toes got infected. I had to get on oral antibiotics and put prescription antibiotic cream on my nails until they healed. My doctor told they could have given me a staff infection if I had not sought treatment. Also, when I went to pay, they said they only take cash on weekends. What is that? Day before appointment decided to stop in after not hearing from business & when I got there man was very brash & rude told me they were booked for next day have no appointments. Although the work looks good (average), no matter when you make your appointment you will be waiting. This is the second time I've made an appointment and gone in with my 2 children and I've waited over 30 minutes. My first time I waited over an hour. I know it's not ideal to bring kids into the salon, but mine are behaved. They shouldn't have to wait 2 hours patiently when I made an appt. Nobody even spoke to me about the wait, when they'd be ready, and NOBODY stopped me from walking out. I called back in to tell him to just remove my name from the schedule and the man laughed at me. It's very clean and the massage chair is one of the best ones I've ever been in...but the service was just eh. I had to ask for them to scrub my feet. The "massage" was only on my calves, and was just rubbing with lotion, not massaging. No pressure involved. They told me it was State law to not scrape or even work on my ingrown toenails. I can still see dead skin on my feet afterwards. Nail polish is pretty and very cleanly applied. I'm on vacation, so I didn't know any better, but I would not recommend this place. read more

I'm only giving it 2 stars because of the location & the inside of it is nicely set up. Other then that it was the worst salon I've been to. My nail tech (I assume the manager) kept leaving me during the manicure to answer phone calls, was more focused on the other customers coming in & kept hurting my thumb. Very happy with my experience! I scheduled 4 pedicures, and although two members of our party had to wait for their pedicures because of staffing, they were still able to enjoy the massage chairs and chat with the two of us getting pedicures. Overall, they honored our appt time and place in line. The employees were very friendly, too. I would definitely return! read more

I have come here several times but won't be back. So over booked that I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time for my nails to even be started. An appointment that should have been 30-45 minutes took an hour and a half. My nail tech kept answering the phone and was more concerned with the rest of the appointments for the day than doing my nails. On top of that, they now accept cash only and have put an atm in the salon, which costs a fee, so they are making extra money by forcing you to pay cash. read more

Went in for a pedicure. Salon is clean and the massage chair is one of the better ones I've experienced. The tech that did my nails was nice but the service was pretty poor quality. In applying products from the packages, she focused on my ankles and calves more than my feet. In fact, My feet don't really seem to be softer or exfoliated at all. She only did one coat of polish and I realized after my nails were dry that you could see through the color. Then they didn't want to take my credit card because on the weekends they are "cash only." I told him I didn't have cash and he pointed at their sketchy, in-store atm and told me to use that. I said no and insisted he accept my credit card to pay for my service. He finally did. I definitely won't return...the search continues for a decent nail salon in Hershey. read more

My nail tech barely scrubbed my feet. Like the other reviews only focused on rubbing my calves and not my feet. My feet are no different then when they were when I walked in. They stopped working on her nails in the middle, left her sitting with her nails half done and started on someone else. She had to tell them that to finish her nails where she would have sat there until they finished someone who came in behind her. After continuously stopping and starting to work on her nails, 2 hrs later She was finally done!!! I get that it's covid and I get that their short staffed. I was here once before and they had me wait 30 mins even though I had set an appointment for 1. The next time i went I set an appointment for 2 on their website and ended up having to wait 45 mins. After the 45 minutes I got up and asked when they will be done with the other clients and they said 15 minutes!!!! The only thing that was good about this nail salon was the decoration. The woman I had was very rushed. When doing my pedicure, I asked her to please do not scrub the bottom of my feet. I'm very sensitive to this, but instead of respecting my wishes, she continued to scrub them. With the manicure, I asked for number 30 (aqua blue) but instead she used number 33. It was too late when I noticed this and I didn't bother to say anything. When she was filing my nails, she was way too fast and careless. I proceeded to tell her that the nails were uneven and crooked, she looked at them and quickly filed them again, but yet they were still crooked. When painting my nails, she didn't do an even coat of polish and got the nail polish was all over my fingers and did not clean them off. When applying the top coat, she did not cover the whole nail and left an un even coat to the nail. Overall this place was a flop and I will not be returning. read more

I went here just to get my nails painted, nothing else. I told them this multiple times. But they kept preparing me for acrylic nails and filed my nails down until they look terrible. I've only gotten one other manicure in my life, so I didn't know that this wasn't what they were supposed to be doing, although I did keep asking if this was how they did a normal manicure. Now my nails hurt and they'll look bad for months. This was just one lady, the man working there did make them look decent for the time being, but once the polish is off, they'll be terrible again. I've never been so unhappy with my nails. I wish I took a picture of them before they covered their mistakes with polish. read more

This has become my go to place for nail services (pedicure and dip powder manicure). Service ranges from good to great depending on the nail tech. They take walk-ins, but I've seen guests w/o an appointment turned away on weekends because they were so busy. You can make reservations online or via phone, which I recommend doing at least 1-2 days in advance. They have a vast selection of colors in regular and gel polish, as well as dip powder, and most colors they seem to offer all 3 options (so you can get matching pedi/mani in different mediums). They use disposable plastic covers in the pedi bowls which I really appreciate for better cleanliness. Only thing I'm not crazy about is guest hygiene enforcement with the dip powder. They dip your nails directly in the powder instead of sprinkling on top, which creates cross contamination between guests. I try to wash my hands once I get to the salon before putting my fingers in the dip powder, but not once have I been asked to do this by staff, and I've never heard them ask other guests to do this either. I know the chances of an infection from cross contaminating dip powders are slim, but it's not impossible (I believe another reviewer even posted about this happening to her at this salon). Unfortunately, it doesn't deter me from coming back because they do a good job, although I've considered (and would recommend to others) buying and bringing my own dip powder. read more

I got my nails done here after a recommendation from a friend and I ended up loving this place. I was greeted upon arrival and taken within 20 minutes of entering. During my pedicure, the nail tech was very friendly, professional, and polite. The waiting area is comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and spacious. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TO COME HERE!!! First of all, the technician I had was very unprofessional - she was talking on her cell phone literally the whole time she did my nails. I came here to get a regular gel manicure and only 3 days later, the polish came off 6 of my nails (I've never had gel come off in less than 2 weeks) I called and explained the situation, and the owner said I could come back in and have them redone. I told him that I had a very unpleasant experience there and did not want to come back in, but would rather just be refunded. He refused & I continued to explain to him why I did not want to come back in & eventually he just hung up on me. I decided to go back in the next day to get them fixed since I had no other choice.
