They have 2 treatment rooms, so 2 of us were shown to their treatment rooms the others to the relaxation room. This relaxation room was very cozy... fireplace, couches, chairs, and included a BYOB set-up (ice, glasses, napkins) for the drinks we brought with us. Overall, the treatments were very relaxing and better than I expected. Speaking with some of the staff, I found out that a majority of them used to work for the famous Hershey Spa so I assume that people who have been there can expect similar service. Note: For clients interested in waxing services, bikini waxes only (they do not yet provide brazilian waxes).

I had my first appointment 6 weeks ago. My hair was fine so I made another appointment for last Saturday. They called and left me a voicemail the Thursday before cancelling because they were not going to be in the shop. I called back on Friday morning and got no answer but left a message for them to call me to reschedule. Did not hear from them so I called Monday afternoon. The woman that answered told me they had been doing a wedding on Saturday which was why they had to cancel my appointment. She was unable to find a time to fit me in. They could not do an evening appointment that week and once again were unable to schedule anything for a Saturday since they were doing another wedding. I am going elsewhere. Cancelling on a regular client to take on other business does not seem wise. Definitely not the kind of service I was used to when this was Splash and Ashley was there.

It was $90. The second time, I got the color I wanted and it was $350! That seems like a bit much. I'd ask pricing before you start your services.
