Although I already had some previously lightened pieces, my entire head was re-bleached. Unfortunately, the condition of my hair after the service was severely compromised. When I left the salon, my hair felt almost waxy, smelled strongly of bleach for about a week, and experienced significant breakage and damage. I ultimately had to see another stylist to address the damage, and we had to cut 7 inches of my hair to remove the most compromised sections and prevent further breakage. On top of that, I paid $600 for the service. To be fair, the salon itself is beautiful and the staff were friendly. However, the quality and outcome of my particular service were extremely disappointing. It has taken me over a year of care and recovery to get my hair back to a healthier condition, and my hair still has not returned to the length it was before this appointment. I understand that color correction can be a complicated process, but I feel the condition of my hair afterward was unacceptable, especially given the assurance I received during my consultation and the $600 cost of the service. I'm sharing my experience so that anyone considering a major color correction understands the potential risks and makes an informed decision.

Dianna is just as bad--stubborn, defensive, and unwilling to fix mistakes. There is zero accountability here. He/they have sat on their phone searching how to do a simple hair style or cut and then ruins it regardless, why are they in business? Why should a hair stylist be watching how to videos - let alone be allowed on a phone during a clients hair they are paying expensive money for. Uneven cuts, patchy color, fried hair from over-bleaching--it's honestly impressive how consistently they get it wrong. It's like no one in that salon actually knows what they're doing. And yet they still have the nerve to charge premium prices and expect tips? For what--damaging people's hair and ignoring basic instructions?
