Next time we go, we will explore some other service to complete our spa day while keeping with the massage and facial. The shower in my room also dripped the entire time and made it very difficult to relax. Despite the technician acknowledging this, no apology or compensation was attempted. I was rather off put by that. I was very relieved that my facial occurred in a separate room after the scrub and massage were infringed upon by the incessant dripping.
