In a panic, I purchased two wigs online. They were pretty cool. Then I had Kati, my Panache hair stylist cut and style my flimsy hair so I could put on the wigs. I had my first appointment 6 weeks ago. My hair was fine so I made another appointment for last Saturday. They called and left me a voicemail the Thursday before cancelling because they were not going to be in the shop. I called back on Friday morning and got no answer but left a message for them to call me to reschedule. Did not hear from them so I called Monday afternoon. The woman that answered told me they had been doing a wedding on Saturday which was why they had to cancel my appointment. She was unable to find a time to fit me in. They could not do an evening appointment that week and once again were unable to schedule anything for a Saturday since they were doing another wedding. I am going elsewhere. Cancelling on a regular client to take on other business does not seem wise. Definitely not the kind of service I was used to when this was Splash and Ashley was there.
