I was disappointed that they didn't even offer a reimbursement or even a partial reimbursement. I will not use this salon again and recommend researching all stylists at this location before booking an appointment. Below is the requested hair style, and the results received. At a level 6 stylist, you would believe that Becca would have said she could not achieve the results requested.

Despite making several good-faith attempts--including returning for follow-up visits--the customer service was poor and dismissive. My concerns were not taken seriously, and I was ultimately refused any corrective treatment, refund, or reasonable explanation. The response was " You are full of drama and do you want my lawyers phone number?" $700 for Botox is a good amount of money to not have satisfactory results. Botox is a medical aesthetic service that requires accountability and professionalism. Unfortunately, this business failed in both treatment results and customer care. I would not recommend their services to anyone expecting ethical practices, proper follow-up, or responsibility for outcomes.

Three days after the procedure, I noticed what I thought to be a cold sore. I texted Carmen right away, but she never responded. She finally responded once I called her unprofessional, which in turn she called me a jerk!!! (See screenshots and photos). Fast forward to the Thursday before my wedding when she finally texted and asked about my face. It turns out I had a staph infection on my face. I don't want to say that my wedding was completely ruined, but my face was all I thought about. My makeup artist did as well as possible. I asked for my money back but was denied. It was very disappointing and depressing, especially since Carmen referred to me as a friend. But guess what? Friends don't treat each other this way. This one is right at the food court at the Capital City Mall, so it's easy for the family to kill the hour during my session, regardless of the weather. Being more of a veteran now, I got the best experience by far. No filling out the questionnaire because I've been here before. I just showed up 2 minutes before the appointment, and next thing I knew my name got called. I knew to request a masseuse than a masseur. I also knew to ask for the "medium to hard" pressure level in order to feel more satisfying. And over all, I was better prepared to relax because I knew all the drills and there's less anxiety. Being better prepared aside, today's experience was much better in and of itself. In addition to the heated mattress, the room was also kept warm with a space heater. And Melissa, my masseuse today, was more skillful and thorough than her predecessors. She also employed a hot stone or two, just because she thought I needed the extras because she thought my muscles were tight. The only negative was their online reservation request system. It's absolutely useless because with or without request, you'd need to verbally talk to the receptionist anyway. After entering the request, the receptionist would call you to make an appointment. What's the point? You might as well call them yourself. They should make it a true reservation system where you can specify time and masseur/masseuse and be done with it.
