All services were booked through Polished Salon on Phorest. I specifically asked for callus removal before and during my pedicure on my first visit, the young girl who did my pedicure replied " oh yeah! definitely! we've got an hour an a half!" but it was not provided. Instead, I was told to come back the following week, and they ended up doing an entire keratin treatment to remove my calluses. When I asked the front desk staff why the callus removal treatment was not performed during my first visit, the front desk staff replied, "I don't know." I booked a brow lamination service expecting professional results and clear communication, but the service did not turn out as expected. After my appointment, I noticed issues with the lamination and returned to the salon several times in an effort to have it corrected. Throughout the follow-up process, communication was very frustrating. The technician was difficult to reach, and when I contacted the salon with my questions and concerns, I was told she operates as her own separate business and that they could not help with concerns related to her work or clients. Since I booked through the salon, it was disappointing to feel that no one was willing to take responsibility for helping resolve the issue. The experience quickly became overwhelming as this was my FIFTH time back within one week, I was given answers such as "I don't know," and I felt the front desk had essentially told me I was on my own. I specifically asked the front desk staff to help me and provide answers; I never demanded a refund. I also apologized to everyone in the waiting area as I began to have a panic attack. I was sobbing so hard I could barely catch my breath. Another customer at the salon kindly stayed with me outside for about 30 minutes until I calmed down. I also reached out to the salon owner to share my concerns, but instead of feeling heard, I was described as causing a "commotion" and "aggressive," which was hurtful given how respectfully I had tried to address the situation. The technician did eventually refund the cost of the eyebrow service, but only after offering to redo my lamination for the 3rd time in one week (not healthy or safe) multiple return visits and a significant amount of time and effort on my part. During my last visit, she said she had "done a lot of work" on me and explained that my brow lamination was more of a "straightening" of my brow hair. My brows are naturally straight, so this would not have been necessary. I wish that had been discussed before the service or at my first follow-up, not after five visits. If my brows were not a good candidate or the results were expected to be limited, I should have been told upfront. While I appreciate the refund, it did not make up for the repeated trips, poor communication, and emotional distress. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business, and I hope my review helps others make an informed decision before booking.

The response was " You are full of drama and do you want my lawyers phone number?" $700 for Botox is a good amount of money to not have satisfactory results. Botox is a medical aesthetic service that requires accountability and professionalism. Unfortunately, this business failed in both treatment results and customer care. I was talked into getting the plasma pen done to make my lip area look smoother and fuller. Carmen knew that my wedding was in eight days, but assured me that everything would be perfect. Three days after the procedure, I noticed what I thought to be a cold sore. I texted Carmen right away, but she never responded. She finally responded once I called her unprofessional, which in turn she called me a jerk!!! (See screenshots and photos). Fast forward to the Thursday before my wedding when she finally texted and asked about my face. It turns out I had a staph infection on my face. I don't want to say that my wedding was completely ruined, but my face was all I thought about. My makeup artist did as well as possible. I asked for my money back but was denied. It was very disappointing and depressing, especially since Carmen referred to me as a friend. But guess what? Friends don't treat each other this way. It took me a couple of months to actually write this review, but it's time for the truth to be told.

Being informed of a cancellation while I was already there was both inconvenient and unprofessional. When I cancelled my membership in May, I was told that I would have 90 days to use my remaining services, which I understood to include two services due to the billing cycle. Two days ago, I called to schedule those services and was told there was nothing noted on my account and that management would contact me. I never received a return call. When I called again today, management informed me that the contract actually allows only 60 days after cancellation and that my services expired on the 9th. Ironically, that was essentially the same time frame in which I had already reached out to schedule them. Had someone returned my call as promised, this situation may have been resolved before the deadline. The manager also informed me that I still have unused gift cards purchased in November that I can use toward services. While I appreciate that those gift cards remain available, they are entirely separate from the membership services I had already paid for and should not be presented as a substitute for the services that were still owed. Overall, I find this experience to reflect poor communication, inconsistent information, and subpar customer service. Between the last-minute cancellations, the failure to return my call, and the conflicting information regarding the cancellation policy, I have been left with very little confidence in how customers are treated.
