BEST hair experience! Everyone knows trying a new salon can be daunting, but Kylei and Hailey treated me like a princess! I knew a full highlight appointment would take time, but I was giggling in the mirror during my entire appointment. I loved the ambiance of the salon, and the service was impeccable. They helped me achieve my perfect blonde for graduation, and I could not be more obsessed! Believe the hype! read more

So I looked on their site and they had dip French manicure I called and some chick Nicole answered told her what I was looking for and she said oh we don do that and I think to myself it's on your site lol So Nicole tells me we can do gel or polish and I said I'll think about it, clearly I wasn't and Nicole has a HUGE ATTITUDE PROBLEM Don't waste your time at salon who clearly doesn't care read more

Pre-pandemic I went to RED religiously for nails. Now I'm more of an occasional customer. But that doesn't stop them from remembering me. I think I've been once the last nine months and as soon as I walked they greeted me and asked about my kids. My nail tech that I used to see every two weeks acted like I was a regular still and it was so comfortable. We chatted about all the things you discuss at the salon (family, dating life, etc) and it was just--comfortable. A few things to be aware of: *parking is atrocious. This is big problem with any of the Arcona businesses. It's not the businesses fault at all, it's the developers. There is just not enough parking spaces for all the shops there. Leave plenty of time to find a spot. Sometimes I have to park up a street and walk down *there is only one tech who does nail art (Angel). That's who I see and she is amazing but if you need nail art make sure to ask for her read more

I love this place. All stylists are expert colorists and haircutters. The aesthetic is gorgeous and feels very high-end. They are currently building out their team and I'm really excited to see it grow with more services to offer. It's a huge value to have in the Arcona community! read more

Lovely salon. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Made an appointment for my 6 year old to get her haircut. It's very thick and long so it's not easy to cut evenly and has looked choppy when I've taken her to other places. Brett was our stylist and he did an amazing job. He took such good care of my daughter. He made her feel comfortable and she felt like a princess after he washed, cut, and styled her hair. Her haircut looked so good. Very pleased with this place. I definitely recommend Brett and we plan on returning. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. I never feel the need to comment or rate places, but after my sister's experience with this awful place I feel obligated to share. My sister booked an appointment here to get her hair done, she's knew to the area and was thrilled to find what seemed to be a very nice salon. Upon arrival, she was sat down & told by two different stylists that due to her dying her own hair (like we've all done, especially during Covid) her hair was just too challenging to style & they could do nothing for her. What kind of a professional establishment treats customers in this way? The fact that this place has 5 stars is astounding since they have zero customer service skills & clearly don't have professional training since they don't know how to treat someone who has colored their own hair. So ludicrous. read more

I have nothing but good things to say about the stylist, Michelle, who highlighted and cut my hair. Unfortunately I had to make the decision not to return because of my last visit. I have epilepsy and music is the main trigger for my seizures. I can usually avoid this by wearing noise cancelling headphones. However, that is not an option while I'm getting my hair done. Michelle was very accommodating for my first two visits after I politely requested that the music be turned off during my visit. However, the last visit she was told by the owner it could be turned down, but not turned off. I was frustrated, but took the risk and hoped with the loud environment of hairdryers blowing that, it wouldn't be an issue. Thankfully, I did not have a seizure, but I found it very frustrating that the owner could not accommodate my small request just for the duration of my visit. I did ask to speak with her and explain the situation and my disappointment in how the situation was handled. She showed no remorse, did not apologize and said that the music could be turned down but not off. I am sad to have to not go back because I very much enjoyed Michelle but I cannot continue to support a business whose owner is not accommodating to someone and their medical condition. read more

Jenny was great!! Very good attitude and very welcoming! Feels like a new person and loving the lighter brighter cut!

I had been seeing Ashley for a few years now, and was overall happy with my hair. I had two haircuts I didn't love but our most recent appointment there had been a miscommunication with my color. After it was styled I asked a few questions about what should be done next time knowing in my brain I did not like it. The next day I told her I was not happy with the look to see how we could fix it. She told me its my fault for not understanding her, she will not fix it, and that I could find a cheaper salon. The chairs are uncomfortable, prices are high, and bathroom isn't very clean. read more

My daughter and I have been clients of RED ever since its opening a few years ago. The salon is professional, clean, and modern. The reception staff are always polite and patient. It is apparent that the owner takes pride in her business. She is always present and friendly. My stylist, Kiersten is fantastic! She offers suggestions, pays attention to detail, and can duplicate the picture samples that I've provided. My daughter, who has extremely curly hair, travels over 90 miles from college to see Kiersten at RED. If you're familiar with curly hair, you know that not every stylist knows what they're doing (we've learned the hard way). Kiersten is educated and one of the few people in the area trained by Devacurl. read more

I have been going to Red for over a year for hair cuts with Meghan! Really like this salon! Had my first cut back in January timeframe...the cut was great, the wash was very good as well (would have like a little bit longer shampooing with deep cleaning and massage) but overall a very nice place. It's super close to my house so location is also a plus. I would recommend the salon to anyone looking. read more

My experience getting a haircut at RED was awesome. The space is open and airy and the staff was incredibly professional (easy to schedule an appointment, a reminder phone call two days before the appointment). As far at the hair cut, Meghan was terrific. I brought a photo and Meghan walked me through what the cut would look like, including showing me the particular angle that she planned to use. Midway through the haircut, Meghan also checked in to ask a few questions --- all of which was totally appreciated. And, the cut looks terrific. It is exactly what I wanted, and I've gotten several compliments, including from family members who - though quite loving - are also quite honest: ) read more
