I was having one of those days where I wanted a spa pedi today, but this one place I liked happened to be booked. I'd thought I'd try MeltSpa (again, I love pedi experiences) but no one seemed to answer their phone... and I called multiple times. Oh well, their loss I guess. So I flipped open Yelp and that's how I discovered Crystal where I was persuaded by the five star reviews. I also generally had a good feeling too. I just wanted a reasonably priced and relaxing spa pedi experience and at Crystal, I came in for a spa pedi with French tips and got exactly what I wanted. For a Monday, the small space was somewhat busy but there was a nice quiet and relaxing ambiance in the air. The sign in process was smooth and everyone seemed so relaxed and kind towards each other which is another thing I like about my pampering experiences. The massage in the pedi chair on my achy back was also just the ticket. The rewards card is also a nice touch for repeat visit though with the amazing pedi Sarah gave me, I suspect my toes can last a nuclear war but I certainly won't hesitate at a return visit. read more

I usually love this place and frequent it regularly. But last time I was in I was charged $50 for a polish change on my toes and today was charged $70 for a manicure which took 2 hours to complete and looks absolutely terrible. Nail tech tried to blame me for why it was taking so long and looked so bad. The owner had to take over at the end because the nail tech was doing such a bad job. She tried to make up for it by giving me five dollars off my next service because she knew how bad it looked and how unhappy I was. I will not be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Made an appointment the day before for 2 pedicures and we got in right at our scheduled time! All the women working were incredibly pleasant and it was overall a great atmosphere. I usually don't get a manicure or pedicure... I just don't like to spend the money. But, this was a special occasion for my friend so it was something fun for us to do! This nail spa is very clean and we were greeted right away. We had an appointment so they took us back quickly for our pedicures. My friend had a picture of exactly what she wanted her nails to look like, but unfortunately, the woman gave her what she wanted - a French manicure. My friend was disappointed leaving there. I thought the price for the basic manicure and pedicure I received was average ($35). If I lived around here, I probably wouldn't go back based on quality of service and how they pushed their products a little too much. read more

Friendly and nice place but I didn't love my pedicure. My skin was nicked on my toe. It still is bothering me a few days out when I touch it. The nails were cut short per request but not evened out as nicely as I would have liked. Also the color I chose was solid in the book but somewhat see through upon application. I wasnt asked if I wanted another layer before they put on the top coat. My nail technician was a man and my friend had a women who did a really nice job on hers so it was likely just the one worker and maybe not the place in its entirety. read more

I wanted to like this place. The ladies are nice and the place is cute. BUT they don't know what they are doing. I have used dipping powder for 2.5 yrs now. The place I went to was sold and the new owner sucks. I tried this place out. Less than a week and they chipped. They didn't put a base coat on and I had to remove my old dipping powder by soaking my hands on nail polish remover that was in cotton. Needless to say, the cotton stuck to my nails and my arthritic hands were painful for days. They say they will fix them. I work 4 jobs so getting in to do my nails is hard. Now I have to take time out to get them fixed. Dipping powder has always lasted me 4-5 weeks. They use the minimal amount of product they can to try and make things look good. Avoid read more

Stopped in for my first time this evening around 7 to see if they had time to do my toenails. Even though they were closing soon, they got me in to get my pedicure. I went with the basic pedicure and regular nail polish. The older lady who did my toes did a great job. She never rushed (even though they closed soon) & took her time. She also massaged my feet and toes. I liked how she put care into what she was doing. I really liked the service and the quality and I will be going back!! They do ok nails. I call for a gel price fill and they gave me one price on the phone and when I got there they charge me a different price which was way more than what they said on the phone. Will not go there again. read more
