My appointment was with Tanja. I received a reminder text a week or so before, then I believe the day before and then the day of. I like these reminders because life tends to get busy and sometimes I forget and these reminders are helpful. Tanja was very inviting and friendly. She was helpful with answering my questions and she had some helpful suggestions too. The room smelled wonderful and was so inviting. It was also relaxing, and had soft music playing. I had so many knots in my shoulders, she worked on those (it takes time to break those up). It was an hour long. The overall experience was wonderful. I highly recommend Tanja. She is great.
