And here I was, on a friday afternoon, walking into the place - and was greeted with a very pleasant atmosphere! The facility is clean and nice. One of the staff offered me water and led me to a waiting place. Even though I was scared, the staff that did my bikini wax was very pleasant! She seemed very professional, talked to me during the waxing which helped with the pain, and offered me helpful advice on how to maintain it and when to come back. 10/10 would recommend especially for your first time. If you check in on yelp, you also get a free little sample. The service was only $40, which was the best price around the area from my research. Returning soon!

When we went it wasn't busy and this wasn't an issue. I image on a busy day it would be. However a busy day at Hotel Hershey Spa is crowded and cramped too. Parking was a bit confusing and limited. Again luckily it wasn't busy and we could park close. I thought the front desk was great and I had a great time talking with the girl at check out. She was very nice and friendly. My massage was nice. Unfortunately we couldn't get any other services because they said they were booked up. Maybe due to the smaller size they don't have as many openings. I had my first appointment 6 weeks ago. My hair was fine so I made another appointment for last Saturday. They called and left me a voicemail the Thursday before cancelling because they were not going to be in the shop. I called back on Friday morning and got no answer but left a message for them to call me to reschedule. Did not hear from them so I called Monday afternoon. The woman that answered told me they had been doing a wedding on Saturday which was why they had to cancel my appointment. She was unable to find a time to fit me in. They could not do an evening appointment that week and once again were unable to schedule anything for a Saturday since they were doing another wedding. I am going elsewhere. Cancelling on a regular client to take on other business does not seem wise. Definitely not the kind of service I was used to when this was Splash and Ashley was there.
