I'd been wanting to get some tattoo work done for a while, but finding a new shop had never quite made it to the top of my to-do list. This seemed like the perfect opportunity to check one out! The grand reopening event was fantastic. The shop was packed with energy, all of the artists were there meeting people, and they had plenty of giveaways--including some really cool Viking Armor swag. It was a great way to get a feel for the shop's personality and the artists' styles before committing to an appointment. While I was there, I spent some time chatting with Emilee, the newest artist at the shop. After looking through portfolios and talking through ideas, I ended up booking an appointment with her a few weeks later for a cover-up of a tattoo I got in my younger days. (Turns out a Chinese symbol tattoo didn't age quite as gracefully as I imagined it would LOL!) One thing that stood out to me from the beginning was how welcoming everyone was. The shop was clean, professional, and comfortable, with plenty of parking right outside the front door. The artists' portfolios demonstrated some serious talent, and the pricing felt fair and reasonable for the quality of work being produced. Fast forward a few weeks and it was appointment day. When I arrived, Emilee was ready to go. She had already drawn up the design we had discussed and was incredibly accommodating when I requested a few small additions and adjustments on the fly. She listened carefully, made thoughtful suggestions, and never made me feel rushed. Throughout the appointment, Emilee was warm, friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about her craft. She took her time, paid attention to the details, and made sure I was happy with everything before moving forward. The end result was exactly what I was hoping for, and the entire experience--from the grand reopening event through the completed tattoo--was a positive one! If you're looking for a clean, welcoming shop with talented artists who genuinely care about their clients and their work, I'd absolutely recommend checking out Viking Armor Tattoo. This review is a long time in the making…read more My husband purchaced a 1 hour massage gift certificate for me as a Christmas gift. My first appointment at this location to try to use my gift was March 29th. The massage I received was subpar and had multiple customer service flaws in the treatment provided by a female massage therapist who claimed over 10 years of experience. There were definitely areas that could be improved upon, and some of the customer service issues or ones that could cause trouble for this small business in the future. The next day I called and spoke to the owner, Kathy. She listened carefully, apologized, and scheduled me to see another therapist two weeks later. The day before that rescheduled appointment in April, owner Kathy called, my appointment was canceled due to the replacement therapist being unable to find a babysitter. I was then given a third appointment date and time, May 2 at 5pm with Jess. I showed up at 4:50 p.m. on May 2nd only to see a sign on the door stating that the therapists were doing a massage until 5:10 p.m. I was pretty sure that meant my 5 p.m. appointment had been missed, and I was correct. I guess it was not entered into the system. Kathy came out to the waiting area at 5:20 and realized her mistake, and Kathy gave me a massage starting at 5:30. The massage from Kathy was fantastic. She was attentive to pressure points and areas of pain, was professional and communicative but allowed talk to stop when I got quiet. I was pain free for the first time in a VERY long time, after Kathy worked on my back and neck. Due to all of the frustration and confusion, Kathy had me come back again on May 16th so I could finally meet with Jess for a massage. I showed up May 16 with a terrible sinus infection and headache. Jess was fantastic about it. She used peppermint oil and various essential oils with her massage lotion and worked on my forehead and cheeks in order to try to relieve some of the pain and pressure. I paid to have her add an additional 30 minutes to my one hour massage. It was a fantastic choice. Between Kathy and Jess, their skills made up for the frustration of poor first experience and schedule changes. I would happily schedule an appointment at Ultimate Health again, especially with Jess. Just call to confirm the day before!

They were my go to from beginning to end especially when my emotions were a severe wreck as they stated from the beginning after surgery. However, they gave me instructions and I followed them to the T, and I was a success and a happy camper afterwards. Along with my friends that I have referred.. They just need to let me be their poster child. tee,hee The facility, the staff were creme de la creme- they have their own surgery center which was really nice to not have to go else where and wait for your alloted time to be worked on, I know them all from the financial person to the receptionist who is my go to gal as well. All my friends that I have referred ,have felt the same way! I take referring people seriously and I know they are in good hands with these two doctors. Bedside manners are superb. They made me feel at ease on go to day even though I was a nervous wreck as most people are and they helped me out with that regard. I was a happy little camper going in. The day of the surgery that I had which was a tummy tuck, Dr. Stratis called me that night. And left me with his cell phone number. When I had a question, I would text him and within a couple of minutes he got back to me. I cannot say enough how happy I am with Dr. Stratis and his work. He's truly an artist and the best at what he does. I'm have so much confidence in him that I have referred him to several friends and family. He also has great bedside manner, and his nurse Ashley was amazing as well. Everyone is very upbeat and very personable. I highly recommend Dr. Stratis and his staff. They are all a class act!

I called in to make an appointment and luckily there was same day availability. Inside the salon was super cute and clean. The owner was very kind, gentle, and personable! The customer service here was excellent. She really took her time to ensure that I loved my haircut. And the price was affordable! I will definitely be back to visit for my next haircut.
