Then she gouged my cuticle last March and blood went everywhere. The biggest problem was that she seemed unclear how to keep my blood from getting on all the brushes and buffers she continued to use on me. It seemed she was trying to avoid her co-workers from seeing what had happened. My finger was still bleeding when I left the salon and was swollen and sore for days. I reluctantly visited again but requested John for my pedicure and my toes looked great but had his head turned towards the television most of the time and mumbled nothing more than "is this your color?". He didn't he acknowledge that I was on crutches which seemed somewhat rude considering I'd been coming here for years. Maybe he was having a bad day but it felt dismissive. Being treated politely should be an simple expectation for a salon to meet considering people go there to feel a bit pampered. They definitely fail to fulfill that on a regular basis, not to mention the blood contamination concerns. I don't look forward to coming here, so I'm sadly going to be looking for another salon.

I got a simple gel manicure. The polish selection is great, but the application was not any better than my own. There is gel polish residue all around my cuticles and my nails are still tacky from the gel polish. In fact, as soon as I got home I had to apply alcohol to my nails to take the remaining residue off. I will say the manicurist did do a decent job "prepping" my nails to apply the polish, but the application of the actual polish was just terrible and unprofessional. Further, my cuticles appear to look more dry and terrible than they did before the manicure. As for the atmosphere of the salon, if you're looking for ambiance, this really isn't the place for you. If you're a clean freak and are looking for a place that exudes top notch cleanliness, then this definitely isn't the place for you either. Overall, I would not return. Maybe it was an off day for the person, but nevertheless unacceptable. I will say the gel manicure was reasonably priced at $25 (and I did leave a $5 tip); however, I would have rather paid more for a better quality manicure elsewhere. Only negative thing I have to say are the prices on fills and manicures change every time, I've paid between $50-$100 for very similar designs on fills. Often times I pay more for a quicker and less intricate design then I did last time, almost like they're pushing how much you'll pay. They never seem to have any regularity on the pricing but maybe that's for a reason I'm not sure of, I never do ask because I do think it's worth it no matter what.

Went to warn any nail technicians whether Vietnamese or American not to work for the salon. They are not the cleanest, area and professional. The staff are unpolite to the customers. I worked here for two days, payroll was due today the 1st of June 2025. The owner now states has to get with his accountant, doesn't have everything that he needs. Every excuse in the book. He has been provided all information that is necessary for 1099 employee. I have my own business I was not an internal employee I was a business contracted. The owner has told me to file with police and Labor board for my two days pay. Their are hardly any customers in this salon. I do not believe he has the funds to pay any employee. All are leaving , there is him, his wife, and her cousin. Then sometimes an older lady the mother of her cousin shows up to so pedicures. Not even two weeks later, 3 of them broke in half, and the ones that are left are starting to pop up at the bottom. I thought they looked really good but for $55 for a full set, the quality should've been better. I have never had acrylics just break in half like that and I've been getting acrylics for years. They also weren't grown out when they were all breaking. I tipped both ladies $15 each because they both worked on me but I am so disappointed and upset. I didn't spend $80 for my nails to break 2 weeks after I get them done. Now that my nails are all ruined from them breaking off, I can't even get them done for my graduation. To say im disappointed and pissed is an under statement.

If you decide to do multiple colors, it is $1 extra for each color. Nail shape is also an extra $5 depending on what you ask for. They are more on the slower side which is okay because they always turn out amazing but I wouldn't expect to get out of there fast. Very clean inside as well. I highly recommend.
