I was talked into getting the plasma pen done to make my lip area look smoother and fuller. Carmen knew that my wedding was in eight days, but assured me that everything would be perfect. Three days after the procedure, I noticed what I thought to be a cold sore. I texted Carmen right away, but she never responded. She finally responded once I called her unprofessional, which in turn she called me a jerk!!! (See screenshots and photos). Fast forward to the Thursday before my wedding when she finally texted and asked about my face. It turns out I had a staph infection on my face. I don't want to say that my wedding was completely ruined, but my face was all I thought about. My makeup artist did as well as possible. I asked for my money back but was denied.
