Hands down love both doctors! seriously, I have referred several friends and will continue to do so…read morewithout hesitation. They were my go to from beginning to end especially when my emotions were a severe wreck as they stated from the beginning after surgery. However, they gave me instructions and I followed them to the T, and I was a success and a happy camper afterwards. Along with my friends that I have referred.. They just need to let me be their poster child. tee,hee The facility, the staff were creme de la creme- they have their own surgery center which was really nice to not have to go else where and wait for your alloted time to be worked on, I know them all from the financial person to the receptionist who is my go to gal as well. All my friends that I have referred ,have felt the same way! I take referring people seriously and I know they are in good hands with these two doctors. Bedside manners are superb. They made me feel at ease on go to day even though I was a nervous wreck as most people are and they helped me out with that regard. I was a happy little camper going in. Will be doing a review more in detailed on real self. PS. when it comes to doctors one must be super selective.

This practice is top notch. Every single person in that office is professional, kind, and…read moreconsiderate. The day of the surgery that I had which was a tummy tuck, Dr. Stratis called me that night. And left me with his cell phone number. When I had a question, I would text him and within a couple of minutes he got back to me. I cannot say enough how happy I am with Dr. Stratis and his work. He's truly an artist and the best at what he does. I'm have so much confidence in him that I have referred him to several friends and family. He also has great bedside manner, and his nurse Ashley was amazing as well. Everyone is very upbeat and very personable. I highly recommend Dr. Stratis and his staff. They are all a class act!

Diamond was unprofessional and dismissive. After 3 years, I deliberately scheduled and full mole…read morebody check, particuarly since I had previous irregular moles (fortunately benign), and she refused to provide both a legitimate explanation for her denial of my right to reasonable care and also refused to document her refusal in my medical records! Instead, she walked out of the room. This is an ethical breech and she is now reported with LARA to prevent her arrogance from future patients. She does not embody the professionalism or ethos of a doctor who cares for her patients. Would you want to trust your care to a person who knowingly violated a patient's right to transparency and reasonable care? If you look into her past record, this is not an isolated incident--this is a pattern. I would caution anyone looking for a detailed exam from a dermatologist who is professional from seeing her. My experience with her was beyond disappointing and her disrespectful treatment will not go unreported. A person's credentials mean nothing of they violate basic patient rights. I had already established continuity of care with that practice even before Dr. Abru acquired it from Dr. Kopin, so for her to suggest that I needed to come back for another visit was purely out of lining her pocket for an addtional office visit and her excuse, and the excuse of the office manager that there was a miscommunication when I schedule the exam is bs. Play the recorded call when I made the exam. No one waits 3 years to not get a full body mole assessment, particually when I have underlying skin conditions that make skin cancer more of a possibility! She didn't even have the decency, class, or professionalism to introduce herself upon entering the exam room! She may wear a white lab coat, but in my experience and opinion she does not possess the temperance of a caring (or professional) doctor. Save yourself the money and trouble at trust your life with someone who actually demonstrates consistent care of ALL patients.

Dr. Diamond is the absolute worst dermatologist and doctor around…read more I went to her from 2001 - 2005, so while things may have changed about her, I highly doubt it. Stephanie "treated" my acne for several years with several very low grade, ineffectual drugs. She never took my acne serious and always told me my skin problems were my fault for not using the right soaps and following the drug directions. In short, she was not sympathetic to my skin problems at all. Dr. Diamond is more concerned with the skin cancer - or glamorous life saving aspect of dermatology - than things like acne - the "meat and potatoes." On top of this horrible medical treatment, Dr. Diamond took every chance she got to complain about malpractice insurance prices, the taxes on the rich and the plight of the physician in Pennsylvania. I consider this extremely tasteless. In addition, she employed her elderly mother to handle sign-ins and the telephones. While I'm sure this saved her some money, it resulted in never having messages taken down properly, having to explain yourself several times at check-in, and just general inconvenience. After switching to a much better dermatologist, I found out I had cystic acne and was prescribed Accutane (isotretinoin) and had two minor plastic surgeries to remove cysts. Dr. Diamond was never worried about any of this when I saw her. She was worried about her bottom-line, though. In short, if you have skin cancer, I bet she's great. If you don't go elsewhere.
