The second time I went they did my nails good but they did rush my service she had my body turned every which way in the spa chair while I'm getting my pedicure done she's doing my full set. They had an older man start my pedicure which he only focused on rubbing my legs that everything else was barely done. I asked for one toe with acrylic because only one toe was chipped the lady they then had come finish my pedicure did a horrible job with acrylic application she couldn't make both feet match up the application is so thick it hurts the French tip is visibly not equal ones thin and the other is thick they also told me one price and charged another to my card I had to call them they asked if I gave them a tip because maybe that's why more was charged i said no then I was told they have a fee for their debit machine I asked him a fee of over $5 he then told me to come back with my receipt to the shop to get partial refund of my money it had to have been a mistake please do not dispute it. I will definitely be disputing them. They use to be one of the best nail salons in hbg but they are going way down hill. Be careful when spending your money here!

I requested 4 marble nails, but when she did them they were really harsh and looked a bit streaky on one hand. I thought that she was going to let them dry a bit and add another layer to soften them up and pick up more of the mid tones, but when I realized that this was the final look I stopped and kindly asked her if she was able to soften it up before she moved on to add any crystals. When I did this, I was immediately met with attitude. So, I asked my friend sitting beside me what she thought, and she also didn't like the nail and asked if the woman could add a bit more grey. The nail tech then proceeded to give more attitude and even raised her voice in the salon saying that I was "wasting her time." Needless to say, she has horrible customer service and I would not recommend this place to anyone if you would be paired with her. WE ARE PAYING FOR A SERVICE! I will not be returning to this salon and giving them any business.

I noticed one review and I decided to try them out since their review was good. I made an appointment for 2pm, I got there maybe 10 mins early because I'm use to it being busy in Miami so I wanted to get there early. As I walk in she greeted me lovely, and let me know all colors are available as I was looking at the wall. She mentioned cash only which is understandable. After getting cash from atm, I sat down she gave me a bottle of water and began the work. She pays very, VERY close attention to your nails and she learns your style with a few questions she has for you (Ex. Shape wanted, Color preference) all in all - give her a chance I promise you she does an amazing job. She is now my new nail lady :) I highly recommend to EVERYONE!
