Let me start off that I will wait until I can make the drive (an hour and 45 minutes) to get to La Biotique. I thoroughly enjoy my face threading from here. I've been going on and off for years here. My best friend also has been coming here for years. The only reason I couldn't was because I lived across the country. The staff listens when I ask for my eyebrows to be cleaned up only, since they are thin naturally. The only thing is there is usually never not a wait, but that means business for them. I hope to find another threading place close by but otherwise I'll be glad to make the drive to come here. read more

Now there's a chunk missing on one side and the other side inside arch isn't high enough, and the arches are too far to the center and too high/pointed. I was never really crazy about this place because they never had enough people on the weekends when they knew they were going to be busy. I usually had one eyebrow that was smaller than the other, but it was close to home. Now, I felt compelled to leave this bad review because they left the shop and said they would be back in 10 minutes, but left 3 people sitting for 20 minutes. I left and will not go back. I usually get my brows tinted & waxed since mine are naturally blonde. You know how the story goes, life got crazy & I couldn't get to my usual place, my brows were not feeling the love & it showed. Simply put, they were out of control. Yes, blonde eyebrows do get bushy! Out of desperation & the fact they have weekend hours I decided to try threading (I was even more pleased to see they did tinting too). Still though I was concerned because this place is in a mall & I was not sure of the reputation/cleanliness so I relied on good ol' Yelp to help me out. Long story short I will NEVER go back to waxing. The whole threading AND tinting process took HALF the time than I was used too, was way less painful & a few bucks cheaper to boot. I am so glad I tried this! There were only two ladies working. They were focused on their work, would greet customers as they walked in and went right back to the task. I do not remember my technician's name but I remember her face. I watched both techs work on ladies and everyone's brows looked fantastic. The place is clean, basic and simple since they only offer a specific amount of services. They definitely have a return customer!! read more

This place is truly awful. They used to do great work, but the girls that were good have left. My eyebrows are terribly uneven, they made me bleed, and she took forever. She didn't wipe my face after so I got hair in my eyes, or put cooling cream where she mamed my face. They are now too thin and uneven so badly, that I have to pencil them in. I will not be returning and I suggest going somewhere else. read more

This is the only place I go to to get my eyebrows done now. I've tried other places but this is the only one that can get it right every single time. No matter which technician you get, they do an incredible job and it only costs $11! Another pro is that they stay open later than most salons because they're in the mall. read more

First time getting my brows threaded rather than waxed and I will never go back to getting my brows waxed. She was very nice and experienced, it doesn't take long at all! I was originally deterred by the long line, but I did not have to wait long. I would highly recommend coming here. read more

Only took one visit to figure out that I love this place and will be paying many more visits. I went on around 4:15 on a Monday and only had to wait about ten minutes. I have been here many times over the course of the last couple of years. Always great service and often there is a wait. You put your name on the list and then they call the people in order. There were a few people ahead of me so I ran another errand and when I came back, I waited for two other people to go ahead and then I finally asked the girl if she was crossing off names and she said no. So why even have a list out of you aren't going to use it? I have never been there when they haven't used the list. I couldn't wait there any longer as I had other obligations so I left and honestly I don't know that I will go back but if I do, I will ask first if they are using the list. read more
