Please, please, please beware. I was a diligent patient and "friend" of Carmen's for the past five…read moreyears. Eight days before my wedding, I went in for my normal procedures. I was talked into getting the plasma pen done to make my lip area look smoother and fuller. Carmen knew that my wedding was in eight days, but assured me that everything would be perfect. Three days after the procedure, I noticed what I thought to be a cold sore. I texted Carmen right away, but she never responded. She finally responded once I called her unprofessional, which in turn she called me a jerk!!! (See screenshots and photos). Fast forward to the Thursday before my wedding when she finally texted and asked about my face. It turns out I had a staph infection on my face. I don't want to say that my wedding was completely ruined, but my face was all I thought about. My makeup artist did as well as possible. I asked for my money back but was denied. It was very disappointing and depressing, especially since Carmen referred to me as a friend. But guess what? Friends don't treat each other this way. It took me a couple of months to actually write this review, but it's time for the truth to be told.

Spent a girl's weekend in Hersey and decided to plan a spa day. We decided to go with Polish Salon…read more& Spa based on the reviews. When we arrived were greeted by a gentleman (unfortunately his name escapes me) who during our entire visit (4 of us with strong personalities) treated us with kid gloves. He immediately took our coats and asked what type of beverage we would like (tea, coffee or wine). Yesss...I'm liking him already. We had to complete some paperwork and was then was escorted to the Zen room. We each sat, drank and chatted away until it was time for our appointments. We all were taken about the same time for our treatments which was good. I went with the deep tissue massage. My masseuse Christine was awesome. She ask me if I had any questions or any areas that she wanted her to work on. I explain my aliments which were my calf's and the heels of my feet from my workout in the gym. Christine worked on those areas and gave me suggestions on things I could do at home to alleviate some of the pain. She spoke only if I had questions which is what I like and was professional and caring. She made it a wonderful experience. Thanks Polish Spa for making me and my girls spa day a start to a relaxing day.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid for $700 Botox services and did not receive…read morethe promised results. After noticing the lack of effectiveness, I contacted the business multiple times to address the issue and seek a resolution.(called at 5, days at 10 days and then seen at 14 days) At 14 days I was given 5 units and paid for 4 more units. Despite making several good-faith attempts--including returning for follow-up visits--the customer service was poor and dismissive. My concerns were not taken seriously, and I was ultimately refused any corrective treatment, refund, or reasonable explanation. The response was " You are full of drama and do you want my lawyers phone number?" $700 for Botox is a good amount of money to not have satisfactory results. Botox is a medical aesthetic service that requires accountability and professionalism. Unfortunately, this business failed in both treatment results and customer care. I would not recommend their services to anyone expecting ethical practices, proper follow-up, or responsibility for outcomes.

Kind of feel like I was SCAMMED! Received eyebrow microblading service on Feb. 9th. When initially…read morebooking my appointment, I was told the service included a 6-week touch-up. The salon was clean, nicely decorated. Kara was pleasant. At the completion of my service, I attempted to schedule the included 6-week touch-up and was told that she wasn't scheduling appointments out that far and would contact me when she opened her book up so that I could book my touch-up appointment. A few days after my appointment once the swelling went down, I realized my eyebrows did not match. One was arched and the other was rounded. I didn't worry much as I figured she would fix them at my touch-up appointment. Several weeks went by and I realized she never contacted me as promised to schedule my touch-up. I reached out to her and was told it was past 6 weeks and per her policy, I would need to pay full price for a touch-up. I reminded her that she was to contact me to schedule and that my eyebrows were mismatched. She took ownership and apologized that she got really busy and forgot about me and sent me her pricelist. I checked her salon business fb page, the business listing on google and all of our communications and nowhere could I find the policy she referenced. Nor did she send it to me when she used it as the reason why I was no longer eligible to receive the included service I prepaid for and I now have permanent mismatched eyebrows.
