She clipped off a ton of skin, a lot of which was not dead, during my pedicure... and it hurt. I had a gift certificate, thankfully, as I would not have paid out of pocket for this quality. I will try again with Vince, who I normally go to and who is amazing (why I gave 3 stars and not 1 for today). My pedicure was just mediocre, the water was very cold, I wish that they would've offered to raise the water temp since the salon doesn't have heat. Other than those few instances, everything else was good and I would go here again. The girls were fun to chat with and had a nice ambience.

Marvelous Experience! I visited this store thanks to my…read moreboyfriend's recommendation. I had scheduled with Dane Nguyen on the very last day of the year and had a wonderful experience. Dane suggested me very enthusiastically and patiently waited for me to choose the color (yeah, I must say that this is one of the nail salons with many beautiful colors and you will spend a lot of time deciding). I told him that I wanted my nails to be durable and sparkly, he suggested I do deep then paint a cat eye, and then he saw that my hands were too empty so l asked him to do a freestyle drawing and he did not disappoint! Finally, Dane even lent me a huge diamond so l could do a video with this adorable set of nails. I highly recommend this nail salon and l'll come back here when I come to visit PA again!

I've never been able to keep any kind of enhancement on my nails (and trust me, I've been trying since the 90s with everything from acrylics to solar), but every time, these nails last weeks beyond my expectations without lifting or cracking. Why would I go anywhere else? The salon is clean and comfortable, the prices are reasonable, and the owner is always friendly to me. They have something like 2,000 colors to choose from, so you're spoiled for choice when it comes to that. I've also had several pedicures there, and they were as relaxing and indulgent as you'd want them to be. I love Luxe and intend to keep returning for the foreseeable future. I'm very happy with the experience and the quality of the work. (Thanks again to Peter, who is fantastic!)

Unfortunately, my most recent visit completely changed my opinion. I arrived a few minutes late due to another appointment and immediately acknowledged that when I walked in. I also made it clear that I understood I might have to wait because of my lateness. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the owner, Cee Cee, chose to embarrass me in front of other customers and staff. The only reason I stayed was because I was using gift certificates, and I had little confidence that I would be refunded if I left. It's important to note that my regular technician has always been kind, accommodating, and professional, as have most of the other staff members. What stood out to me during this visit was the noticeable difference in how customers were treated. Those spending significant amounts on multiple services received plenty of attention, conversation, and respect, while customers receiving more basic services seemed largely ignored. After more than a decade as a customer, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and respect. I refuse to pay for services where I am treated disrespectfully, regardless of the circumstances.
