I called to inquire about cutting my hair while wet and she patiently answered all of the questions. I had some difficulty locating the salon but a quick call to Tennille and she was able to give me clear directions. The salon is located on a business park that looks like a former apartment complex. Don't let the exterior fool you on her quality because it's exceptional. I got my hair shampooed, dried, and cut. She also applied a protein treatment. Everything came to about $200 before tip andincluding the hair moisturizer that I decided to purchase. Finding a hair stylist that is attentive and understanding can be tough, but I've found that in Hair Counselors. I will definitely be back!

I used to get my hair, lashes, waxing, and facials done here about 5 years ago. Since then, staff…read morehad changed, and the management left much to be desired. I found other places to have my needs met for a more reasonable price, and with better customer service. When I decided I wanted to dive into having my lashes done again, I got ahold of the staff here at Indulge. I work at the hospital across the street so it was convenient to schedule there. I wanted to give them another try since it had been half a decade. I was hoping for a better experience. First off- Jen was AMAZING! Meticulous with her lash application. Her presence was relaxing and calming. I had an amazing time. I was able to come back for a fill two and a half weeks later and she once again took amazing care of me. Then the governor ordered all non-essential businesses to shut down due to COVID-19. I was sad to have to miss my next fill, but hopeful that the owner would honor the fact that I had already had my lashes done-despite the likelihood that most would be gone by my next fill after this all blows over. I reached out to Indulge on Facebook, and was appalled at the response I got. Stating that they would charge for a full set ($250) and not a fill ($75) when I next came in because the closure wasn't their fault. Missing a fill wasn't my fault either, yet I would have to shell out that much money again?! Not a great way to keep customers. My experience with the ladies employed here has always been top notch-but the way the owner is handling her business leaves much to be desired. She's the reason I originally stopped coming in 5 years ago, and once again she is the reason I will not be returning after things go back to normal.

When I…read moreshowed up about 10 minutes before my appointment time the store was locked but someone let me in. When I said I had an appointment they looked at me like I had two heads and then said they were "glad they stayed" The woman who I later learned was the owner told me she is not a loctician she is just a braider who knows what to do with locs, she then proceeded to call my hair dusty "like I was working construction" because of the product build up and said I started my locs with my hair too long. She also said she needed a day when she had "more time" to actually do it. So I wasn't getting my hair done that day. By the end she could not give me a price and said it would be "more than 150" and that she "prefers cash" I'm not sure how I'm supposed to bring cash when you cannot tell me a price. I left without getting my hair done and found a lovely place closer to my home that had fair pricing and kind staff.
