What an amazing experience! Julie was the best I have ever had…read more I just moved to Lancaster so I had to depend on Yelp for a recommendation. I called this morning for an appointment to day (which they only take at this time). The place was clean, modern and very relaxing. Julie was the only nail tech that ever initiated a conversation and continued to talk with me the whole time instead of the awkward silence you usually have at a nail place. She was very pleasant to talk to. Julie did an amazing design on my nails adding a design that I told her I did not want to wear shoes because I wanted to show it off! I have already told my daughter when she visits that she has to get her nails done here also. Thank you Julie!!!!! We will be back next month!!!

I had a great little conversation when she was doing my manicure. The man doing nails next to our station was so kind and warm it was very refreshing. She offered to do nail art which I was actually looking to have done! She did a beautiful Christmas Holly design and I'm going back for 4 more designs in the next two months that we came up with for the holiday months! Definitely recommended!! Thanks Lady Chi Chi and Modern Nails!

I'd be willing to spend that money if I received a fair service but I absolutely did not. Also, who cuts cuticles when you have so much lotion on your toes you can't even see them? What ever happened to coloring in between the lines? Please believe the other bad reviews you read about this place. They're accurate. I will absolutely never go to this place again and you shouldn't either.
