Very nice technicians. Not a ton of colors to choose from, but they were able to accommodate our walk in.

I'm traveling from California and I desperately needed a fill in my nails while here and they did an amazing job! Better than my usual salon back home. I highly recommend! I was shocked at their reviews after my experience. I thought they were very attentive and did a great job. Also very fast even though I didn't have an appointment. I have been a customer here for over 10 years. I made an appointment for 3:30pm last Friday. I was early. She ran the water for my pedicure portion of my mani pedi and I sat down and put my feet in the water. 45 minutes later they still hadn't started whe two walk in customers came in. The manicurists started on them, letting me sit there. I waited for am hour. When I still wasn't waited on, I got up to leave. The one lady got up to stop me, but I had dinner reservations and told them that I had waited for over an hour and they took two walk in people and left me sitting there. I won't be back. I got off work early for my appointment and couldn't get waited on at their establishment. Poor customer service. read more

I had two nails split in the quick and called to see if they could repair. She told me to come on in. Nice small family atmosphere. They have 3 pedicure chairs. I noticed they did not put plastic in the bottom though between patrons. However, there was one tech cleaning the entire time I was there. My nail tech removed my previous gel polish and trimmed my nails. (She actually trimmed them MUCH more than I wanted, but they are all now about the same length.). She then out on what seemed. Like 10+ coats of polish! Yes..... that fixed my split nails and the ones I was afraid were about to split. I think trimming them so short also helped that a bit too. I also got a cute decoration on two nails. All for only $28! I will be going back in two weeks. I think I paid more than that for my last spa manicure with no polish. read more

This nail salon is within walking distance of my house so I checked it out on a Friday afternoon. I thought the prices looked good and they were able to fit me in within 15 minutes or so without an appointment. Here's the deal: -The first thing I noticed while waiting was that the owners brought their small daughter (5 years old, I think she said) to work and that she was starting to get VERY antsy. She would go up to the customers and imitate the work that her parents were doing (she removed one woman's old nail polish, pretended to "clean" another woman's leg while her mother cleaned the other leg in the pedicure chair, etc.). And some of the customers were getting visibly annoyed by this. But her parents weren't saying anything! Anyhow, I digress (this review is not about the owners' parenting skills, but I'd like to point out that I can see how others would be annoyed by this behavior by a 5 year old while they are trying to enjoy a relaxing pedicure or treating themselves to a manicure. The little girl did not bother me). -For my mani/pedi a total of 3 people worked on me - one massaged my legs for the pedicure (with the right leg having been massaged much longer than the left leg), the other finished polishing my toes, and yet another did my manicure. This made tipping kind of a hassle. I really like continuity with my mani/pedi's, but this felt more like a factory line - moving everyone along a conveyor belt of nail salon tasks, so-to-speak. -I had to ask the people who polished my fingernails and toenails to remove polish from my skin (I am VERY picky about this. If I am going to pay for a service, I hope that the people providing it will be detailed and not rush through it). Also, I asked for my cuticles to be pushed back and not cut, and the woman didn't seem to understand what this meant. Maybe it's just not common here? -Lastly, the woman who did my manicure did not assist me to the nail dryer despite my nails being wet. I feel bad about this poor review, but the experience was just wasn't the best. I will try elsewhere next time, but I might consider going back in a jam. read more

Not the cleanest, but does very amazing nail art for a good price, got a gel manicure with 2 designs and came out very well! Will definitely be going back soon because $20 was a great deal for all I got! Highly recommend getting the younger daughter, she also does amazing French manicures. Not necessary to schedule appointments though because the whole time thing doesn't really apply to them because they get to you when they get to you, very nice people! read more

I called for an appointment, thankfully, because they only have 3 message chairs for pedicures. My chair was mostly broken. It only massaged one location along my spine, and it did not change the stroke unless I pushed a different button. Lame. The man that did my nail's the last time is not there anymore. I got the mom/ owner who mainly does manicures. I unluckily got her for my pedicure. It was a terrible job. First up, my cuticles weren't fully pushed back, so my polish line was uneven. I had 1 big nail that broke on one side, and she never clipped it to make it even. All of my nail's were at different angles with sharp, unfiled corners. She also neglected to use the cuticle scissors. There was bsolutely NO pressure applied during my massage. There was a younger kid giving another pedicure, and I heard him ask if the pressure was too much. Maybe it was someones nap time at 3pm. After getting lotion rubbed into the surface of my legs for 30 min, she sprayed the alcohol on my legs, not on my toes where it belonged. A towel was not used to systematically wipe the lotion off of each nail, so there are places that the polish wouldn't stick. It did, however, get gooped up in my excess cuticle skin that wasn't removed. Polish was all over toes and not cleaned up with a eye shadow brush and acetone. $18 for a gel manicure is a deal and mine was done very well. Lasted 2 weeks with no chipping. LOts of gel colors. Will definitely be back soon! read more
