She clipped off a ton of skin, a lot of which was not dead, during my pedicure... and it hurt. I had a gift certificate, thankfully, as I would not have paid out of pocket for this quality. Even if customers don't understand the language, her tone and body language make it obvious that she's talking about them, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. In addition, the owner's phone etiquette could be much more professional. Good customer service goes beyond the quality of the nails--it also includes treating every customer with respect and making them feel welcome.

I normally expect a gel mani to take at least an hour, but I was out of there within 35 min! I The place was clean, nicely decorated, and the staff was nice and friendly. They give you a loyalty card and once it's filled, you get a free french manicure, or $5 off your next visit. I'd definitely go again, and I'm happy I found this place. They treated us like our time didn't matter, 3 people walked in 10-15 minutes after us and all the workers completely walked away from me and my mother to do their nails first and didn't come back to us till they finished their nails. They caught an attitude when I said my toenails weren't even and than "fixed" it just to walk away for 30 minutes and me sit there. By the time they finally finished my toes my mothers nails weren't even prepped for nail polish so she just wanted to leave, charged her 15 for removing the nail polish and me 65. After I sent 65 he came up mad asking if I had money for a tip like I HAD to tip and don't get me wrong I always tip but this was just flat out not the way you treat people and still expect a good tip, now I got ugly nails right before my birthday trip. Seriously do better.
