The old owners have left. I loved it before. The place is dirty..the stations aren't cleaned. I saw so much dirt and old polish on the station. I dont think this is a safe place to go any longer. I wanted to love this place. The owner is very nice and welcoming. They were great about getting back to me about child mani/pedi pricing. Unfortunately, the quality of the polish and the nail techs themselves, weren't as great. The woman who did my daughter's manicure didn't cut or shape her nails, she just did a quick polish. I had to ask to have them cut and she did them quickly in the pedicure chair. She was very nice and interacted very well with my daughter, I was just disappointed in the quality of the manicure. Half of the polish came off within hours for my daughter and mine was half off within 3 days. Together with tip it was $127 so it wasn't cheap. We won't be going back but again, the owner seemed very sweet so with better quality polish, a less rough male nail technician and a real manicure for my daughter and we would reconsider. read more

I went for a pedicure and dip manicure on a weekend and was served immediately. The new owners were very attentive and provided great customer service. The quality of the work was exceptional. I had the best foot massage I've ever had at a salon. No lie, it was wonderful. My manicure got smudged when I transitioned over to pedicure and they fixed it right away without any issue. Pricing is very reasonable. It felt like I was in a barbershop almost, having great conversations with the staff and other customers. Highly recommend. read more

So I've been going here for years and years. I usually have such a great experience even though it takes anywhere from 2-3 hours. The last time I went was in August right before I went back to school, I had the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I should've realized something was up when the girl before me had to get her nails fixed by one of the ladies. The man working there (he's newer) Is absolutely HORRIBLE. My nails were crooked and some were bigger than others. The color was horrible looking, what I asked for I've gotten before and it was one of the best set of nails I've ever gotten. But this time was just horrible they told me they could redo them but I'd already been there for 3 hours so they didn't make me pay. I really used to love this place and I've always gone back but I'm sad to say I need to find a new place to get my nails done :( read more

I like all the employees of Dream Nails, they are all very good at their jobs, and kind. I always get compliments on my nails. I had a bad experience in this nail salon years ago; however, I figured I would give it another try since 10 perfect nails (my go to place) was pretty full that day. Big mistake! Not sure who the guy in there was, if he was just an employee or the manager/owner.. he was inexplicably rude and condescending. Why would you do that to a client just for asking how long the wait would be is beyond any rational explanation. Would never go back. very disappointed. I had a full set of acrylic nails and a pedicure 2 1/2 weeks ago. I already have a chipped toenail, and many of my finger nails are lifting. I thought my design was pretty ugly too. here's something interesting - my friend that went with me had the same services but by different technicians. her nails are lifting too. is it their products, or techniques? I am not sure. speaking as to my experience, I have nothing good to say there either. no hand massage with the full set. my cuticles were drilled off instead of pushed back, which caused several cuts. my feet don't even look like they were done. really unhappy. my friend and I won't be back. read more

If I can give 0 star, I will. Worse experience ever. First time got my nail done over there, I asked the guy how much it is, the guy told me $33 dollars, I asked the guy I have went to different nail salon to have my nails done before and they gave me much lower price than them , can they compare price, he said ok. then he complained the whole time over the 3 dollars difference, so I said just forget about it, charged me the $33 dollars instead. He ask me where I came from, I told him, then he ask me, if I ever go back, I told him no. Then he said it's good, the people over there are mean. That pissed me off, I can't believe he said that to me. Specially we are first met. Then during the service , he asked me if I need to have my nails cut, I said yes, but he never tell me that need to cost extra, plus he took off 2 bad gel nails, he never told me , it gonna cost extra as well, it's about to finish, then he told me 41 dollars. I am pissed. Because he supposed to tell me all the price before He do anything on me. There was a customer next to me, also getting her nails done, but with different lady, she having a hard time to understand the girl, so The guy who working on my nails try to explained to her what is the difference. But after she gone them done. The lady next me she was unhappy with their work, and she didn't pick her colors yet. instead fix the problem right there, the guy have her come back two weeks later then do it again. And they speak their language and Giggling the whole time. He did my nails ok, but I will not go back there to get any service from them ever again. There are 4 salon in that area why I bother. I normally give people 15%~25% tips. Because what I experienced today, I was about to give him no tips at all.
