This was my first visit to the salon, I called ahead and was able to get a last minute appointment for a gel pedicure. The pedicure was amazing, reasonably priced and not rushed at all. Lisa took her time while painting my toes and was so nice. I can't wait to go back- I definitely have found my new nail spot. They did tell me that they are usually very busy- that it's best to make an appointment about a week out. I was really grateful for the last minute opening. I used to go here for like three years. I always made my appointments for 9:30 in the morning when they first opened. A lot of the there right at 9:30 to open the tech that I had my appointment with for 930. I would usually have to wait for about a half hour before the tech arrived. I make and I'm on time so why can't they be on time? read more

Had a nail appointment for 1:30, I called to confirm the day of, the lady that answered the phone said would you like to come in earlier. I agreed. I asked if they had liquid gel. She said yes. I got there at 12:45 to pick out my nail color. The guy that was doing my nails got the regular acrylic and I said I wanted liquid gel. He said they didn't do that. So I had to go with regular. My nails look HORRIBLE!!!! I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. And it also took 2 hours to get my nails done!!!! read more

WOW! I was working late in Maryland the normal nail salon I go to was oddly closed. I put nail salons in the GPS and this place popped up! I went to this place only because I needed my nails done! The actually place is small and ever seat was full! I had a 15 minute wait, but I was a walk-In. I can see that you should make an appt for this place. I waited out the 15 minutes (I didn't mind, checking my email etc). I was quicky blown away! the guy (I forgot to ask his name), took his time and made my nails perfect. Before coming to 10 perfect nails, I had my nails done at a place in Harrisburg (which had 5 stars) and the girl messed up my nails they were NOT straight and the gel had air bubble, etc. The man who did my nails (at 10 perfect nails) fixed every part of my nails and made them straight. He did such a good job I ended up getting tips so show off my beautiful new nails with a french tip. Price- it was 15.00 for my fill and then 10.00 for the gel + French tips I will go back, It is small, It was a long wait BUT the time and effort they took is amazing and WORTH every penny! read more

I use to love this place and refered some friends. But no more. I find the owners ex wife. Seems to want to collect the tip even when one of the other ladies did the pedicure and manicure. She came over while the other girl was working on my manicure and started painting the white for a French tip. I never got the full works no cuticle work at all and that is what I really needed. So disappointed the last 2 times I have been there! I don't go often so for me it should be a happy fun experience but has not been. Just wondered if anyone else has had the same experience. read more

Went here for the first time. It's a small place comparatively to other nail salons in Baltimore but it was busy. Had an appt at 4:30pm for pedicure but sign said they close at 5pm. They took their time and didn't rush. The deluxe pedicure was worth it and cheaper than other salons so bonus all the way around. Will definitely come here more often! read more

My daughter and I went in today just as they opened. There was ONE person at a table already and no one waiting. We were getting a full set and a fill. We were told we could come back at 4:30!!!! So much for having a huge "walk-ins welcome " sign on the front door. So we left and went to another neighborhood salon. We were taken right in and had amazing service. We will never come back!!!! Got my nails done here once and will never go back. The lady who did them literally had polish all the way back on my nails to my cuticle. She would paint them and then use HER nail to swipe back by my cuticle to remove the excess polish. read more

I have been going to Ten Perfect Nails for probably ten years now and have never been unsatisfied. My manicures and pedicures are always perfect - they ensure my hands and feet are well cared for and my nails are done to perfection. Wonderful customer service, clean location and a great selection of colors to choose from. I have yet to find a better salon anywhere, especially at such a reasonable price. I wish I could give this place negative stars. John the manger is so rude. It feels like he's running a sweat shop not a salon. Took my mother here for Mother's Day about 3 years ago and after we called in advance we still waited for over an hour. That was not a problem since I was getting time with my Mom who only visits once a year. Finally we're taken to get our pedicures and proceeded to get manicures, which is what our appointment was for, and he literately kicked us out of the chairs we were seated in by the girls. The nail technician had already started my mother's manicure and he said we had to get out that he had other customers there and we only asked for pedicures, Just because he's a terrible manager my Mothers Mother's Day gift was ruined. As we paid for the manicures, the sweet ladies who worked there kept apologizing. It must be a common occurrence if ladies who barely speak English need to apologize to customers for this rude guys behavior. He ushered the customers to the seats we were kicked out of right in front of us. Worse service I've ever experienced. Will NEVER go back there. read more

Just like their name says, you will walk out with 10 perfect nails more than any other place I've been over the years. Even when I moved to Chambersburg, when I came to visit family I'd get my nails done there n now I'm back to York n loving it again! Good prices n excellent quality n attention to detail. I'm a very picky customer and they know that so they do it how I like it n know me well. They do get busy a lot so I ALWAYS make an appointment cus they do fill up!! Love how they donate a dollar from your bill to getting families in need Christmas gifts too!!! Amazing pedicures n massages feel great. My favorite nail salon in the area. As other reviews have said, they're very busy so I always call for an appointment. Every experience I've had here is positive. The staff are friendly and talented and my nails always turn out as I've wanted. I don't do acrylic or gel so I cannot vouch for those services. I highly recommend this salon! read more

An absolute LIFESAVER. Last year, the day before prom I had gotten a full set from another nail salon and it was absolutely atrocious. I came here the day OF prom and they gladly took me in and fixed my nails and I almost cried I was so happy. My nails looked beautiful and I felt as confident as ever.
