I am sorry to write it here since the owner denied to communicate with me on the phone and so disrespectful. My aunt has been working for them for couple months. They take advantage of her so much because of her kindness. But there is a limit, my aunt quit working here. Yesterday she texted to the owner that today she would come to get the paycheck for the period 5/5 to 5/13. However, the owner refused to pay her on time since they said she must wait till her husband comes back from Vietnam trip while he's still working in the salon now. He goes to vietnam for 2-3 weeks. Which is nonsense.... Today my aunt comes to get her stuffs and asked for the paycheck. She need money to support for her family ( paying rent, buying food and gas...)She deserved to get pay for working hard for 10 hours a day here. Everyday her husband had to drive her for an hour to this nail salon. The owner is so unreasonable. They said when my aunt comes to the salon today. They refused to pay her for her paycheck period. Then her husband came into the salon. They switched to tell him that they would mail the check to her apartment. The mail is sent to apartment easily getting lost. My aunt also doesnt believe them anymore. Besides, no one knows what happened if the check's lost and they may say they already send the paycheck out. The most convenient way is to pick it up. My aunt asked them if she would be back next week to pick up the check. They refused. It looks like they don't want to give her money or try to delay in paying her. They refuse to pay on time and the way to deliver the payment is not convenient. I, on behalf of my aunt, called in to ask gentlely. The lady owner refused to talk and said if I want to discuss , come to the nail salon. We don't have free time to go beg for money we worked hard to earn. I am writing here to let them read it and for customer to know that life is short please do right things and treat people well. Be a human!!!! To the owner: please prepare her paycheck and We come to pick it up at the nail salon. If you don't call her or text her to come to pick up the check either next Monday or Tuesday, I will make a claim to the court and file a case to department of labor for your violation. I've been coming here for 5 years and love it! A nice, clean place to relax with excellent service, kind, skilled technicians, great prices, and lots of options. Spa chairs are almost always available while you wait, big TVs, and appointments are well-kept. I would never go anywhere else! read more

If I could give 0 star I would, my dipped nails chipped after 4 days and I called them to have it fixed, alright they did but after 3 days my manicure chipped and the tips peeled off. Either they have incompetent staff or their products are cheap. Very disappointed with my experience here. The nail tech was one of the worst I've ever had. She disappeared without notice, when trying to take my gel off she couldn't scrape it so she used a file and destroyed my fingers (and really hurt me), and the end result were sloppy looking nails that didn't look like the hour plus it took to do them. She also started showing my hands to other techs and talking about me in another language, but wouldn't tell me what she was saying. Highly unimpressed. Not professional. They just want to get your money. Untrained people doing poor to mediocre jobs, but you are paying the price both out of pocket and quality of service. My daughter went in to get her acrylics removed. The person that attended to her pried them off her nails. Didn't give her any other option. My daughter could have done this herself instead of going into a nail salon. The experience was painful and unnecessary. After putting in a call to them to ask how this was even ok, they washed their hands about it. I was equally unimpressed. Certainly not interested in ever going back. Have been going to Henry for years. He always does a great job. The only other one I would trust with my fingernails is his wife anna. Everyone who has done them they chipped and fell off within a week. Never had a pedicure so I can't speak to that. Just make sure to make an appointment with Henry and you will be set. I had Lynn she did such a great job!! It didn't feel rushed she was easy to talk to and I loved the cat eye design! Recently, we went into this nail salon and had a gift certificate to use. We realized that the gift certificate was recently expired, less than two weeks ago. The owner and his wife both refused to honor of this gift certificate. They treated us very poorly they did nothing to try to remedy the problem and just send us on our way. First and definitely the last. My daughter (12) and her friend (11) and I all got pedicures, we waited for about 45 minutes before any of us had started to be worked on. They also rushed through our Appointment because there were many other people waiting for appointments after us. On the website the 12 and under pedicures were listed as 18$ each we were charged 25$ each. Once questioned about the price difference he requested birth certificates for the 12-year-old and 11-year-old. This is the first time I got my nails done in awhile so I was really nervous about getting it done. I came in the store and told them I wanted stiletto nails and surprisingly, they understood what I wanted. My nails are pretty normal size so my technician said I should use my natural nails as a base. According to her, by doing this, my nails will look more natural. I followed her advice and got acrylic on my natural nails. The process didn't take long and the technician was really friendly. They even offered me water lol. After she was done, she asked what color I wanted and I decided to go with a gelish color. The price was reasonable and the staffs are friendly so I highly recommend this place.b read more

Literally the worst place to get your nails done. My mom brought my sisters and I here to get our nails done two days before my wedding. We wanted a basic French pedicure and a manicures. We started the pedicures, which were fine, until it came to the hot stones. My nail tech had no personality and wasn't very friendly. She brought the hot stones over and was burning the bottom of my feet so bad-holding the stones up to my arches until I pulled away and then some. She painted my toes which ended up fine, and then the real fun started. The nail tech brought me over to the table and started my nails. I wanted all my nails a light pink, the ring finger a gold sparkly and since we were going to Disney on our honeymoon, I wanted a tiny black Micky face on the top corner of my ring fingers. I wanted this in gels, not just regular polish. So she brought the colors over which were fine, and began painting. I could tell she was having an issue with the gold polish, it seemed old and runny and kept running into my cuticles. She didn't clean it and let it cure. She went to start the Mickey on my nails and tried 4 times to make it right after I told her to stop after 2 because it looked like a demented rabbit (really, Mickey is NOT that hard. As a cosmetologist, I can do nails and I CAN do that, not being a real artistic person.) She let them go and was just kind of an "okay have a nice day". I don't like confrontation so I didn't want to say anything but I told my mom how bad they looked--I was almost in tears. I'm like I just want it taken off and a French done at this point because they're my wedding nails and they look so bad. My mom told her nail tech about my issue and she told my nail tech to fix it. I sit in the chair and she goes to soak off the gels. She doesn't even let it sit for 2 minutes before she starts drilling it off. I have don't gel nails and this is NOT the way to take off gel polish. Then she gets frustrated that she can't get the cured polish off my cuticles, so she takes the file and starts filing the polish off my nails, and on 4/10 fingers, cuts me to the point that I'm bleeding. Again, I don't like confrontation but the blood spill procedure was less than professional and sanitary. (Acetone on a cotton ball on the cut?? OUCH) with my free hand I texted my mom and said "she has cut almost all my fingers, I'm about to cry". So my mom walks over and sees my thumb bleeding and the tech struggling to stop it. She walks over to the front desk to say "these are my daughters wedding nails, this tech has been cutting her fingers and she is bleeding and she's not doing anything to stop it". The receptionist then comes over as my tech pours a green goo over my thumb that is bleeding, they exchange a few words in Chinese to each other, then the receptionist goes back to my mother to tell her that "no she didn't cut her", to which my mom responded "yea, she did I just walked over and saw her fingers bleeding!" She agreed to give me a discount, which whatever, the damage is already done. The lady finishes my nails, which would have looked fine had they not been swollen and covered in scabs, for my wedding. We got a $13 discount, wooooo, but I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Please take your business elsewhere. read more

Went to this place before the holidays. I moved to the neighborhood recently and looking for a nice nail place. Well, the place didn't impressed me at all. The place itself was ok, kinda outdated as far as equipment and design. The nail tech, a man in his 50-60 appreared dirty and he was wearing a stained shirt. He also smelled like cigarettes and was breathing to my face the whole 40 min while doing my nails. On top of everything he cut 4 of me fingers with the file. Terrible experience. I had the absolute worst experience here this morning. It was my first time visiting this nail salon and I decided to go from reviews and photos. I like stiletto nails and haven't found anywhere that does them the way I like so I was hopeful that this would be the place. I drove 30 minutes out of my way to come here. I showed up at about 10:15am and asked if they had time for a full set and a pedicure and was told yes and to pick a color. I picked my color and sat down and noticed only one nail tech working and 3 other people waiting plus myself. 2 more nail techs came in and took 2 of the others that were waiting. At this point it is about 10:30. One of the nail techs left to pick up her children in the middle of servicing her customer. When questioned about when she would be back the tech in the front station told her 10 more minutes after she had been waiting for quite a while for the woman to return. The other woman waiting was her friend and was upset because her service still hadn't been started and it is now about 11am. The tech who left finally comes back and goes back to her client, the male tech is finished his client and the other woman finished her client. At this point I am not getting a pedicure because I don't have time as I have wasted an hour waiting at this point. The male tech calls the other lady who was waiting back and sends me to the woman in the back. I tell her what I want and she can not do stiletto shaped nails. The male tech goes to switch and the other woman he was working on refuses the woman tech that can not do my nails. I am told then that she will just get them started, I am apprehensive but I agree and sit down at her station. This nail tech proceeds to pull out an electric dremel file with a metal file too to file my natural nails, I refuse and ask her to file my natural nails by hand as I have had bad experience with the electric file being used on my already naturally thin nails. Apparently she can not do this either and I am told I will have to wait for the male tech, "only 25 more minutes". I have been patient and quiet and understanding and as nice as I can be about the situation but it is now 11:30 and I don't have another 25 minutes (probably longer) to waste in this nail salon. I have already been waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes at this point after being told at 10:15 that they had time for the services I was asking for. Never once was I asked to come back or told they were busy. I was given no estimated wait time. And when I finally was able to go back for only one of the services I requested the woman I had was unable to do the service I requested. I may give them another try and call for an appointment first to make sure I don't wait this long again next time and hopefully the actual service and final product will be worth it but no one has time to waste over an hour just sitting in a nail salon. And to top it off, the salon was freezing cold and I was not checked on even once or offered a drink of water or anything you would expect from a nail salon. read more

Henry is the new manager since the middle of 2016 and now offers a top notch business experience. I am a new customer, rarely get manicures and recently selected a polish with which I was not familiar. The manicure by Michael was very complete and well done, but I realized when I got home that I did not like the look or feel of the polish at all. I returned the next day and Henry had another redo the process at no cost! Everyone on staff was very caring and helpful. The prices are also quite reasonable. Definitely a find! read more

However, other individuals who came in after me were service and completed before me. I am African American and everyone who was served before me were. Caucasian. I walked into this salon to get help with my poorly applied gel nails (done at another salon). I spoke with Henry the owner and he suggested I try the SNS system to help my badly damaged nails. I was offered a cold bottle of water, before my service started. He properly took off the other set and then applied the SNS system. My nails feel great and look great.
