    Asmans love latte
    Myra C.

The ambiance was great! I loved the decor. The food was HOT!! And the latte terrific, dairy-free options available that's a plus for me. I ate Anna's pesto breakfast sandwich scrumptious & I sipped on a hot asman's love latte very flavorful!. The service was promptly, & I can't wait to come again.

This might easily become my favorite coffee shop in Buffalo. Interior design in a coffee shop is super important to me, and this place was so cozy on the inside. The brown colors with the brick back wall was such a good environment for studying and enjoying coffee. Both the drinks and food were super tasty. The breakfast sandwich was on a bread hive bagel, so I knew it was going to be great. The workers were super cool and had a chill laid back vibe. I will definitely be coming back often!

    Breakfast sandwich.

I enjoyed the space and vibe--mellow, quiet, I was able to work. I had been hoping this would be a place I'd begin to go to often. But my coffee was barely warm. I think it came from a thermos which maybe isn't keeping temperature. Then when I asked for a splash of milk, the cup overflowed, and I ended up with a lot of milk and not much coffee, probably making it colder. I asked if it could be heated up, and a shot of steam (I guess?) was added. The cup was then watery froth which didn't even taste like coffee. Sigh. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich. Felt like things had not been thought through on the food level. The bagel was cold. The raw kale struck me as an odd addition. The tomato was cold. The egg was barely cooked, so runny that handling it in a sandwich was a very messy experience. I can understand a runny egg in a bowl or plate of food, though I prefer a firmer egg myself. For a handheld item, it was absurd and disappointing. I didn't realize it was a worker owned cooperative until later. Surprised...the folks staffing did not seem to be into being there and were outside about half the time I was there. No particular friendliness or engagement with customers, not even a hello. I felt not quite welcomed.

Come in & have an amazing healthy , nutritious breakfast feeling extra add a latte or matcha you won't regret ! Great customer service , options and location

Where do I begin? This space is mindfully cultivated, with it being clear the worker-owners have put their entire heart and soul into the space. There are things on the menu it can be difficult to find other places- like ceremonial cacao, and a breakfast sandwich on the west side of buffalo that is ACTUALLTY GOOD without egg patties or other weird ways of prep. These breakfast sandwiches are served fresh to order with locally sourced ingredients. They have a wide selection of tea for those who don't care for coffee or cacao. They have fresh baked good, and great lunch and breakfast menu- where breakfast is served all day. I couldn't help but notice another review stating they had been open over a year in June 2023...but their grand opening wasn't until July of 2023. So the review that spoke of the space being underprepared was there before the grand opening even happened.... so some context would've helped her review. They hadn't even officially opened yet. Probably still working out some kinks ;) The decor is whimsical and joyful feeling, and the people working there play great music and seem to really enjoy working in the space. I am so full of gratitude for a space like this on the west side. Highly recommend to anyone.

Little did I know I'd be coming into my favorite type of literally "everything"! Eclectic and vintage decor with absolutely perfect use of vintage and antique kitchen and table ware. A very interesting and fun repurposing of an old building/house. Very friendly, patient and helpful employees (apologies to the very kind woman at the counter, because when I'm excited I tend to chatter a lot). The baked goods were delicious, the whole grain toast was hearty and so full of flavor. The croissant was large, flaky and buttery. My husband's apple cake was moist and the frosting was perfect. I really enjoyed the coffee and since they don't grind the beans for you, I bought the bag of their signature blend then stopped at Walmart for a coffee bean grinder. I love savory for breakfast so I had 2 soft boiled eggs, ham, gruyere cheese, whole grain toast and pesto. When my plate came I was very pleased to see the vintage items used and some repurposed very cleverly. If the decor isn't your "thing"...make a visit for their food and coffee.

The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and effortlessly cool, the kind of place that makes you want to linger for hours with a good book and a great cup of coffee. My fiancé and I each ordered one of their specialty coffees along with bagels, and everything was fantastic. After a less than stellar experience at Tim Hortons earlier in the trip, Seven Hearts completely redeemed our coffee expectations. It was exactly the aesthetic and experience I had been searching for. What really made it special was how quickly it felt like a place I could make part of my routine. If I lived in Buffalo, this would absolutely be my go to coffee shop. Before leaving, I picked up a couple of honey sticks and a bottle of their house made lavender syrup to bring home. Now I get to enjoy a little taste of Seven Hearts, and Buffalo, with my morning coffee for a few more days.

Stopped in here to kill time before an appointment after seeing the high ratings, but unfortunately…read morethe experience didn't live up to them. Most of my rating is based on the service. Upon entering, no one greeted me, and I felt rushed while looking over the menu. When I asked questions, it felt like I was inconveniencing the employee rather than being helped. I ordered the blueberry lemon bar matcha and hoped the drink would redeem the experience, but it was disappointing. The flavor combination didn't work well in a matcha drink, and it left a strange aftertaste/coating in my mouth. I also specifically requested no dairy (asked for oat milk) yet it still came topped with cold foam, which upset my stomach. It looked cute, but for nearly $9, it wasn't enjoyable. I had originally planned to order food as well, but the overall atmosphere and interaction felt so uncomfortable that I decided to just take my drink and leave.
