She even helped us store a cake before we were seated, which meant a lot for such a special night. Our server, Taylor, was just as amazing. She fully embraced the chaos with separate checks (I know...), and she handled it seamlessly and with a great attitude the entire time. The food and drinks were great, but Emily and Taylor are truly what made the experience what it was. They helped turn what could have been a stressful, emotional evening into something really meaningful and memorable. The Cheeseburger Bun ($6) includes wagyu ground beef, melted American cheese, thinly sliced pickle, and fried thin onion slivers. Eating it with the white bun reminded me of sloppy joe in a soft taco. This very wet, mushy meal is cheesy and oily. Still, it's filling and cheesy with a very affordable price-point. The Matcha Berry Affogato ($6) is a scoop of ice cream swimming in a lake of liquid matcha. The flavors are decent but not memorable. The ice cream was chill and not overly sweet.
