Since the sandwich was meant to be shared between my pregnant wife, my son, and me, it was definitely disappointing and changed our dinner plans. That said, I also want to give credit where it's due....the sandwich itself was genuinely delicious! The bread was fresh, the ingredients tasted great, and it was nice & hot. My only issue was that the wrong size was sent.:( Mistakes happen, and I understand that. I just hope the team pays a little closer attention to order accuracy in the future, especially on delivery orders where customers can't easily catch an error before leaving. My husband went to get us sandwiches but couldn't get hold of me so he ordered tuna sandwiches. When he texted me what he was planning I told him our son hates tuna and says it makes him nauseas(and I feel similarly). Very rude unprofesional staff name Jolene or (JOLIE) who claims she's the manager. This location is usally busy but today there was only one person ahead of me. Waited for Jolene to place my order well she went to the back and took a break. Only come here if you want your order to be wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. This place can never get it right. I've completed multiple surveys, not like that matters because nothing ever changes. The issue with that is Going into the store does eliminate some of the room for error since we can actually watch our items being made, but we hate doing that due to the lack of actual customer service you receive going in. Ultimately, the real fix would be getting the mobile ordering process at this location under control. There seems to be a consistent issue with mobile orders being incorrect, and there is also a significant lag when ordering in person. The convenience of mobile ordering is a major reason I use Jersey Mike's, so repeatedly having to go into the store to make sure an order is prepared correctly defeats the purpose. read more

I visit this location at least twice a week, the General manager sandy is always so friendly and positive, you can really tell she takes pride in her job. She's always working when my family and I come in, and it's always such a welcoming experience my son loves to come in and say hi to her every week. Visited this location for the first time today. Walked to the counter with my husband so we could order our sandwiches. I ordered the 13 as it's my favorite with no lettuce. I asked for no lettuce because most of it was brown. She made my sandwich with lettuce and I corrected her and she scraped it off. Still some left on the sandwich. So I love jersey mikes and usually go to the one in San Dimas. This place was closer and decided to grab dinner. If the rating was for the staff I would give them . They greeted as soon as I walked in the door and thanked me as I walked out. The rating is for the food unfortunately I ordered a giant number 8 and a big bacon ranch chicken cheesesteak sandwich. First the bread was old and very dry ‍. I got my sandwich Mike's way but the young lady went trigger happy with the vinegar and oil. I got home and it was seeping through the wrapper and the bag. I couldn't even enjoy my dinner. So to wrap it up. Great parking great staff and definitely following social distancing rules. What is with this location of Jersey Mikes? For some reason, Door Dash doesn't go to the Glendora Jersey Mikes but only to the store on Rte66. This is the second time I had sandwiches from there and they weren't good. So much mayonnaise that it dripped out, soggy sandwich like the lettuce wasn't drained and just not good. I will often have sandwiches from the Glendora store and they are always good. Never a problem. Why is this franchise so awful? What a waste of money.
