She fixed my brassy roots and got the pink dye that had bled onto my blonde out. Also a quick bangs trim. I left happy and will be returning. I've been bouncing around to different salons in the area for years, never leaving fully satisfied. I left Jess's chair SATISFIED! So often my hair isn't lifted enough, is brassy, bangs not trimmed right, etc.. I don't consider myself a picky person but I don't like brassiness in my hair. It's not that difficult to fix if you know what you're doing. Note: the pink was already there. I just had Jess fix my awful root job and get some pink that had bled onto my blonde hair off.

If you never got to go here, you definitely missed out. All the girls there were amazing. You will be missed, Theresa. But, when you are ready in FL. Let me know. I am flying out to you.

I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she gave me advice on balayage color options. I love how it turned out! And she did a great job cleaning up my split ends and shaping up my layers. And the pricing was great! I've had the same thing done at a salon in Buckhead and was charged almost twice as much! The only con I'd say is when I first called to schedule an appointment, I was put on hold for almost 30 minutes. I ended up hanging up and calling back, and was able to schedule an appointment then. But other than that, I had an amazing experience and will definitely be going back!

During the haircut, I explained that I wanted my long layers to start higher. Midway through the service, the stylist stepped away to attend to another client. When she returned, she quickly finished the cut without checking back in on the layering or confirming how I wanted it styled. There was no offer to curl or style my hair at the end of the appointment. I left feeling disappointed because I expected to walk out with a finished look, not have to go home and do the styling myself. Overall, the experience felt rushed and inattentive, which did not meet my expectations for a professional appointment.

I called to make an appointment and was told Sunni was away for a long period of time but another stylist could take care of me. She did the exact same thing that Sunni did but charged me $90. $90 for dry cut in Oakwood? I was floored. No one mentioned prior that there was a price change or a new owner so I was caught totally off guard and had to whip out a credit card to pay. A lot of excuses were given but no offer to reduce the fee. Ive called and asked for the owner to call me but I doubt I will hear back because the whole conversation with the receptionist sounded very sketchy. I may have to dispute the charge to get anywhere with it. Be aware and beware of going here especially without asking a whole lot of questions. If I hear back Ill post an update. This is not a good way for new owners to start out. They will definitely lose my business and WILL NOT recommend them to anyone else.

Super friendly hairstylist and Sunny is the best! Always gave me quality washes, cuts, and styles. However, today when I got charged more than usual, I asked why to make sure I wasn't being overcharged. They realized I was accidentally charged for a haircut too which I didn't get and thought it was going to go back down to my normal price but it didn't so I was confused. As the website said a different price than what was showing. When they explained it's because they just increased the price, I understood as I knew they got new hairstylists. Then I started to Venmo my regular hairstylist and out of the blew the owner said I could go outside and do that. Then she started yelling in my face and told me to get out of her store or she was calling the cops. Shocked, I started walking out as I was deeply concerned as she sounded like she lost her mind and the other customers waiting were shocked as well. From outside the door, I asked if I could still leave my hairstylist a tip as I didn't know what to do or react. The owner came out and called me CHEAP and told me if I didn't like to new price, don't come back eventhough I already paid and understood at this point. I was silent. Then she said to never come back. I was humiliated and sad as I love this salon and being a loyal customer, I can't come back all because I didn't want to be overcharged. I felt verbally attacked and I will stay clear of this owner.
