I booked a same day appointment online for my first appointment at this salon and was fortunate to get booked with Christy who happened to have a cancelation (everything happens for a reason). She is so awesome!! Her attention to detail and thoroughness is exceptional. She spent extra time ensuring every strand of my hair was perfectly highlighted and blended with my natural color. I've NEVER experienced such precision and perfection by a stylist. She really cares for her clients comfort and style preference. She made sure I was comfortable and gave me info along the way in terms of what and how she was highlighting my hair. I went in with some crazy hair. My friend tried to do my hair and my roots were bright red while everything else was just brown. Cheryl took her time with me and after 3 hours my hair looks amazing. I've had my hair done with Sherri 3 times now. I went in with extremely damaged over processed hair. My hair had been falling out to the point I thought I might be going bald. My previous hairdresser kept saying it wasn't the products she used. Sherri has done 2 miracle treatments with Oleflex and careful attention to what products she used. I tried Fuse Salon based on reviews and was relieved to find a salon who provided me with just what I'd asked for. Sherri clearly cares about her clientele. She gave me a color, cut and highlights and later after we'd discussed it she suggested next time I forgo the color and just go with the highlights. She was thinking about client care rather than the extra dollar. She has integrity and excellent knowledge about color and hair care. ALSO, I love how you can order exactly what you want online and understand how much it will cost. In that past I have been stuck with a larger bill than I'd calculated. They ruined my hair. I came in as a blonde. I wanted to update my balayage and add a reddish toner. They melted my hair. They cut over 4 inches off my hair. I'm currently doing treatments to try to salvage my hair. I would never recommend this location. I went to Suwannee location before and never had an issue. My experience there, twice, was not great. I went in for partial highlights and a trim both times. The first time , the partial highlights took so long (4 hours) that i couldn't even stay for the haircut, and just left. I came back the second time, to give the stylist another chance b/c everyone can have an off day, and it was worse. 5 hours in a chair, to walk away with orange roots, and purple tinted highlights. The stylist dyed my highlights purple in an attempt to use a purple toner, she grabbed purple hair dye. After her error, she spent another almost 2 hours trying to remove the purple, so now instead of having partial highlights, i had a full head of basically orange roots and purple/pink white highlights on the bottom. The outgrow process is going to be painful b/c she did full color to correct it, so i am not happy about that, and I was not happy about the price. SHE ACTUALLY CHARGED ME FOR THE FULL COLOR ON MY HAIR WHEN I DID NOT ASK FOR FULL COLOR, she only did it b/c she made an error on my partial highlights. Then she said she gave me a free haircut. Gee, thanks for that I guess? Never again. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. -when they reached out to me via a private yelp message, they offered to redo my hair to which I declined in the end. read more

I would give them 0 stars if i could. I went for a haircut and a color. I was there 3 hours and still didnt get a haircut. I was told they couldnt do the color I wanted or the cut I wanted. They were rude and when I said I needed to leave with my hair wet, they insisted that they style it so they could charge me more money. In addition, the stylist smacked her gum the entire time and brushed my scalp until I almost bleeding. when i complained she said I was tender headed but did not change her aggressive brushing technique. To top it all off, when i got home to fix the mess they had made, i found that my forehead and neck had hair dye on them that i couldnt get off even after using fingernail polish remover.
