Worst customer service ever. You never know when they are open. And the people working there have no idea what they are doing.

This was our second visit to this establishment and I do recommend it with one thought in terms of advice. It depends on who cuts your hair. My wife and I can without reservation recommend Angela. We both were please with the haircuts received. Angela has years of experience and takes her time. We will return provide Angela is available. Plenty of free parking is available. The salon was clean and staff disinfected salon chairs, etc. between customers. Face masks were wore at all times. read more

Called last Friday to make an appointment for my daughter homecoming. A lady answered said my daughter could come in a 2 since there was an appointment right before that for another customer for homecoming. Went in on sat at 2 and they have no record of this appointment. No one wrote it down. And they have no space to fit her in didn't even try to fit her in. The gentleman there was so sweet and should be the manger. Bc the manager both times I have been to this location is rude and has no skills in customer service or management for that fact. Checking in online does not guarantee that someone who did not check in online will be taken before you right in front of your eyes. I find that extremely rude and disrespectful. I know that he did not check in online because he and I had a long conversation about it before they called him back. He was disappointed thinking that I wasn't going to come in before they called him. I guess he didn't need to worry. read more

Awesome place to get your haircuts, well for only guys in my experience haha. I definitely will drive few more miles just because I know they will do a great job here. I just got a haircut today and my hairdresser was so proud, she done made a video on her phone haha. My haircut look so great and I didn't get hurt this time. I went to great clips a few months ago and she done scratched me hard! Like hard, I respkt my elders so I didn't say nothin' but she got them buzzers on my neck and it done hurt for 2 weeks all sore, stings when u touch, and whateva. She didn't even say sorry... dat thing hurt mannnn... But yea, great place to get your haircut and the ladies there are so welcoming and very well trained at what they do. Thanks! read more

couldn't be more disappointed with a haircut. i know supercuts is cheap but that doesn't have to mean bad quality. i came in this evening for a TRIM. my hair was just past my shoulders and i provided the reference photos. she was sniffling and clearly tired or sick so it was just a bad experience all around. never coming back here again read more

When I started out my hair was halfway down my back. When I went in I asked the stylus to cut my hair up to my shoulders medium layering and light wispy bangs. When she finished my hair is 2 inches above my shoulders no layering and a blunt cut with heavy bangs. I now have to pay $120 to fix what this stylist did and trust me I'm not happy. I do realize hair will grow back and that is the only plus side to this. I absolutely will not be returning to the Supercuts or any Supercuts for that matter. I guess this is what you get when you only pay $14 for a haircut and you're in a hurry. I won't make that mistake again. Worst haircut ever. read more

Supercuts - Look at bottom of hairline! - Hair Salons Near Me - BETHLEHEM, Georgia

I started going here several months back on the recommendation of a friend. She referred me to a great stylist there. Well, I noticed that the staff was changing ALOT and judging from the looks of the stylists I wouldn't say for the better. Two months ago I stopped in because I was in the area but my stylist wasn't there. Against my better judgment I let an older woman cut my son's hair. It was terrible. She talked nonstop. The haircut was not good and she gave me a headache with her talking. She mentioned something about having something to do with running the salon or something. Ugh I hope not. Well, last month I stopped in again with my step daughter. Had a dumpy larger girl cut it. VERY VERY bad idea. This girl got very pushy about us buying products and then told me that they are required to sell a certain amount of hair products or they get fired and then said at 8.50 an hour she couldn't afford it. While there my stylist came in and stated that the salon was going to start taking appointments. Thank God! DO NOT get your haircut here by any of the girls...unless you don't care about how you look. The quality has gone down significantly as of late so I gave my number to my stylist and said if they moved to a different salon please call me but I was going to find another place where the atmosphere is more professional. I NEVER write reviews but this place has me so upset that I feel the need to. The last time we took our 3 children to get haircuts we left in utter frustration as they didn't respect our online check-in and rudely told my husband he would have to wait an additional 45 minutes upon arrival. Ridiculous. Today I just needed a quick cut for my son and didn't bother checking in online as last time it didn't even matter. I knew to expect a wait but after 40 minutes and 3 people being taken before my son, I got up and said something. The last was extremely rude and told me we still had 3 more people in front of us due to online check-in. As you can image we stormed out. I will NEVER again step foot in that place. Rude staff and a ridiculous check-in process have lost us as customers forever. read more

I got the worst haircut of my life from here. Ironically, my mother's haircut was absolutely wonderful-- I wish I'd gotten her stylist. But if you ever go in there and there's a stylist with red hair and a purple streak in it-- I think her name is Adria-- DO NOT let her do your hair. Let me tell you what this lady did to my freaking hair. I prefer a pixie cut of sorts, right now, but I'm generally pretty nonchalant about my hair, so I let it grow out a bit before I get it cut. Basically, as soon as my bangs start annoying me. This woman MANGLED my bangs. I thought afterwards I must've ticked her off somehow. The right side of my bangs were totally blunt fringe, straight across. The bluntness ended with a GIANT GAP in my bags. Seriously. Humongous. No amount of fussing and prodding could hide it. There was just a chunk of hair in the middle of my forehead that was... gone. And to top that off, the bangs on the left side were longer than all the rest. By nearly half an inch. You thought that was all? HAHA, I WISH. Later I asked a friend's dad (he's a hairdresser as well) to fix it as well as he could. He turned me around, handed me a mirror, and showed me an ENORMOUS BALD SPOT on the back of my head, near the bottom of my hairline. He had to shave a solid inch off the bottom of the hairline on the back of my neck, and that DIDN'T EVEN HIDE ALL OF IT. That was just as much of it as he could take off without it looking ridiculous. STILL NOT DONE BY THE WAY. IT GETS BETTER. The hairdresser deliberately hid the bald spot from me. You know how hairdresser will hand you a mirror and then spin you so you can see the back of your head? Well, she didn't do that. She held the mirror herself-- and she held it too high for me to see all of my head. I didn't think much of it at the time, but-- I couldn't see all of my hair. I TRIED to. I leaned up in my seat trying to see the rest of it, and she wouldn't let me. Again, this was not a little bald spot. It was enormously, egregiously, obvious. And she a) somehow PUT THAT THERE, b) DELIBERATELY HID it from me, presumably so that I wouldn't burst into tears in her chair. I've never left a bad review on anything in my life-- I wasn't even going to leave a bad review for this, when it was just those godawful bangs, but I can't get over the fact that this woman shaved a bald spot into the back of my head and then deliberately tried to hide that from me. I PAID FOURTEEN DOLLARS FOR THAT BALD SPOT, COME ON. The absolute cherry on top? (Yeah, there's still more.) The rest of the haircut was ridiculously shoddy. A little rough around the edges is one thing-- this was not rough around the edges. The back of my hair-- once I got over the bald spot-- looked terrible. Generally with short hair, you want a nice, blended cut in the back. Well, this woman had apparently never heard of that, because the back of my hair was cut in weird, flat little chunks. It looked more like shingles on a roof than anyone's hair. And the sides were similarly awful, and-- AND-- when I got up close, there were random longer hairs sticking out. Not like one. Several. Basically she didn't do a single thing right. I don't know why she's a hairdresser. It's possible she recognized me from a past life where I, like, shot her dog or something. Again, this is all made all the weirder for me by the fact that my mother's hair came out looking great. Better than ever. read more
