She gladly accepted my money along with a shipping fee and then when she mailed the packaged a week later and was informed by usps that the package wouldn't arrive until after valentines day she decided sending me a message with a "sorry its late" not my fault or problem type of an attitude instead of trying to make things right for the customer. There are spills all over the walls and hair everywhere. Each stylist has their area which some maintain better than others and Lyndi's area is well maintained.
