So often my hair isn't lifted enough, is brassy, bangs not trimmed right, etc.. I don't consider myself a picky person but I don't like brassiness in my hair. Originally I had a time crunch and needed to be seen immediately and unfortunately was unable to be seen but I got lucky and my meeting got pushed back so Roxy at the front desk was so helpful and called up the stylist, Stephanie, to see if she would be willing to see me after her scheduled appointment in a few minutes. She was and I was able to come back to get my blowout!! Now, all of this information is important because Roxy was so accommodating but Stephanie was an absolute PLEASURE. Instead, I left with hot magenta hair and dye stains all over my scalp that the salon refused to fix. Deflecting from a lack of technical skill by professing untrue claims about a customer's conduct is unprofessional. I stand by my original review: the color was wrong, the application was messy, and the management's response is unacceptable. I felt forced to only talk about inappropriate topics with my stylist because that was the only way she would talk to me. I would encourage any reader to steer clear of this salon.
