She was so professional, so kind, and completely attentive to every detail -- from making sure every hair strand got the right product to checking in on my comfort the whole time. She totally respected my quiet vibe too, which I appreciated! I was nervous after a previous curl treatment elsewhere that didn't take... but this time? WOW. With the perfect rods, timing, and her expert touch -- I walked out with bouncy curls I instantly loved. Days later... still obsessed! Wash day came and the curls STAYED -- defined, full of life, and NO endless scrunching required! Ms. Cynthia is a true curl superhero. I'm officially a loyal customer forever! ‍

She started right on time within the 10-15min window of my appointment which is phenomenal considering how most salons stack their clients and make you wait excessively so I very much appreciate her respect for our scheduled time! The shop is super cute, clean and professional. Very mature and chill vibes here with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The lemongrass diffuser is an added bonus. This is a salon for the grown and sexy lol. But seriously though, Stephanie was gentle and patient with me as a first timer in her chair and I'm grateful. When I looked at my hair for the first time for the big reveal after she was I done I was literally shocked at how good it looked! It didn't even look like my hair! I highly recommend her if you are looking for a new stylist as I can not say enough good things about her and how she handled me and my hair from start to finish. Beautiful salon, beautiful beautician and beautiful vibes all the way through from start to finish. Love, love, love this place so much! Thank you so much Stephanie and see you again soon!

There were 5 people scheduled at the same time. One poor woman had been waiting since 11:15...and hadn't made it to the chair yet! Judy was able to take us in at 4pm. The salon is a decent size. They had 3-4 hair stylists working when we arrived. All were busy with a customer. Everybody had enough room to walk around. Parking is limited and is shared by other businesses, including a popular neighborhood restaurant, Three Blind Mice. As long as you make an appointment before the dinner rush at TBM, you should be able to find parking. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by the stylists then Judy took my son to her station. They got started immediately. My 10-year old has been really picky and particular about his hair lately. So when Judy asked him what kind of style he wanted, he was not afraid to be very specific. My son would stop her and make a comment or ask questions while she was cutting his hair. Judy was very patient and listened to his requests. My son was very pleased with his haircut and so was I. We both got what we wanted. My son's hair looks so fresh and so clean clean. He has gotten so many compliments. We will definitely come back and see Judy for his next hair cut!
