I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she gave me advice on balayage color options. I love how it turned out! And she did a great job cleaning up my split ends and shaping up my layers. And the pricing was great! I've had the same thing done at a salon in Buckhead and was charged almost twice as much! The only con I'd say is when I first called to schedule an appointment, I was put on hold for almost 30 minutes. I ended up hanging up and calling back, and was able to schedule an appointment then. But other than that, I had an amazing experience and will definitely be going back!

I truly wrestled with making this post... but so many people (not even just my close friends- but…read morepeople in passing said you have to share). I did text the Braider (Ruth) and shared same pictures and my disappointment- to include I would not be coming back (especially since this was the 2 time). It's so sad because the location was perfect, and I like the Braider. However, nobody has money to give away.. and the style came out nothing like pictures - it didn't have to be exactly like the pic sent to her - but the fact it was messy all over - including edges and ends - especially since my beginning experience was great and after 4 visits the service shift. I am too ashamed to show the entire picture of style. I had to take my hair down.. wasted money - last time this happened it was hard getting the matter addressed. They lost me as customer....
