Their prices are pretty fair - the facials ($100, you can choose from various types) typically last 1.5hr which includes shoulder/upper back/face massage. They finish up with a mask at the end too. I always walk away feeling relaxed after my treatment. I'm now on my second package here, and take my husband for spa dates occasionally. I've also recommended several friends here and plan to continue to return.

We stayed out of the sun during those three months and never missed an appointment. We couldn't be happier with the results: our dark spots are 50-75% lighter, skin is tighter, smoother (less crepey), even toned, and brighter. The laser sessions can get a little uncomfortable at times, even with the numbing cream, but before and after the laser treatments, you receive services identical to a full facial, so it's very relaxing otherwise. Their laser machines are from Korea, specifically engineered for Asian skin (thinner skin, prone to scarring, more issues with hyperpigmentation and moisture loss), so we choose to go here instead of med spas with Western equipment. The technicians here take the time and care to make sure you're completely satisfied with every session and everyone is very professional. We won't go anywhere else for our skin.

I had an appointment with JAIME for Dysport and filler. I had a late onset inflammatory response in…read morewhich I had to seek treatment at an Urgent Clinic and subsequently the ER. I had severe redness and burning of my face along with intense shivering, chills and low grade fever when admitted to the ER. I was 3 weeks post treatment and I had large, firm nodules on both sides of my jaws with significant bruising to left side and moderate to mild on right side. I looked like a chipmunk storing food in my cheeks. I couldn't believe what I was going through. It was the worst and I wish I had never had my filler treatment done. I've regretted it completely. I couldn't believe I had a treatment done 10 years prior with barely a bruise and very mild swelling. It was a walk in the park compared to this. My experience was repeatedly dismissed by Jaime and the office manager, Stacey as a late onset inflammatory reaction. They could not understand that my body was rejecting the filler despite my trip to the ER. They still couldn't understand it continued to happen after a round of steroids and H1/H2 antihistamines. I was having to start additional steroids and continue the H1/H2 antihistamines due to my symptoms returning. My upper arms and legs were hot and felt like they were burning along with my torso. I had to pack myself in ice to be comfortable. I was completely miserable and no one at Vitality Med Spa cared what I was experiencing after a treatment they performed. I was told I could have my filler reversed but it would be 18 more days before they could "get to me". They also informed me that when they could see me it wasn't an emergency or considered an allergic response or in their eyes even necessary so I would have to pay $300 per each vial needed to reverse my filler. Forget already paying over $2000+ for my treatments that day. Now I'm on the hook for more expenses to reverse a treatment that went awry. I was told the office manager would reach out to me but that never happened. I even asked if a specific Dr on staff could see me for the reversal sooner since Jaime couldn't but I was told he no longer worked there. I even went into the spa to have the bruises broken down with an IPL to quicken their recovery process. I hoped to see Jaime one of those days to inspect the larger nodule in my left jaw since it was still large and firm. I wasn't sure if it was something to be more concerned with like an infection as it was still swollen and warm to touch. However, when I came out of the laser tx room, I could hear Jaime talking to another staff member and refused to see me for an evaluation because she was "too busy" as she stayed hiding in a supply closet until I left the spa. I was shocked that she couldn't care less about what I was going through. I've never felt this way about Vitality in all my years I've had services done. Never thought as big as they are, with all the awards they have and as long as they have been around..they would ignore the well being of a client that was going through a situation merely due to a service/treatment that occurred under their roof. That's like having surgery and subsequently having an infection or some other medical issue and the Dr saying they did the surgery but the patient having an infection/other issue...that's on the patient and the patient has to figure it out without the Dr's help. Sorry Vitality Med Spa, you have to expect some bad with the good...not every procedure is always going to go as planned! Unfortunately, I know firsthand!!!

He was also cracking open sunflower seeds and eating them at the front desk. My massage started and the girl asks do I want regular oil or coconut oil. I asked the difference, she says the coconut is more, more upselling, I said the regular please. She proceeds to give me a massage with one hand, then started using her elbow and forearm. I asked her to please just use her hands that what she was doing hurt. Then she climbs on top of me--yes she is straddling me, I'm confused but don't say anything. Then she says can I use my knees on you? I said no thanks, just the "hands" please. She maybe had two hands on my for 5-minutes, the rest of the time she used one hand and continued to use her forearm. At this point I'm really wishing I was anywhere but there. The one place I said I'm hurting was my neck, she rubbed my neck, with one hand, for about 2-minutes. Oh and she kept pulling the tiny sheet down past my butt, I'm fully exposed. I don't think that's to health code. And when my head was in the face hole, which was covered with a regular paper towel, something down there smelled stale. I kept moving my face from side to side to get away from it. She also asks me at some point did I want hot stones, I said I don't think that's part of what I bought, she said yes it's Extra--more upselling. I said no thank you. The whole thing was just bizarre! It has to be the worst nonmassage massage I've ever received. I will also say yes she indeed had two hands, just refused to use them. Even though the whole thing wasn't a total 90-minutes, I didn't care I wanted to pay and leave. I go to check out, the guy is still sitting there cracking open sunflower seeds. There's a pile of shells sitting on the counter (kinda gross). There was an ATM machine there he wanted me to use, I said no thanks I'll use my card and he says he has to charge me 3%. I'm like ok cool your eating into the small gratuitous tip I was planning to leave, only out of courtesy, not because I enjoyed my massage. Mind you the girl is standing there right beside me staring at me the entire time. He asks what tip, I say $10, and she immediately huffed off. I was not asked did I enjoy my massage. Obviously I didn't as I kept telling the girl she was hurting me, stop digging your arm in me, etc. Needless to say I will never go back, I was so stressed and hurting when I left. It was completely unprofessional.

My colorist was Christine and she was super friendly and nice! She asked me for my input but i told her to just do what she think it's best and my hair turns out really well. At first I walked in thinking that I want Chocolate Brown but since Fall is coming, i went with a burgundy red. I love it! The service (from calling in to make an appointment to the colorist) was very friendly. I feel like even though they are aware that I am using a Groupon, they did not treat me any differently. The only reason why I am not giving this Salon a five star is because I felt like Christine could have been more detailed when it comes to coloring my hair. Because she was not careful, there was a lot of hairdye on my face and neck. Also, I also felt like it was somewhat of a rushed job. If she have taken her time and been more detail oriented I would have given 5 stars. Overall though, I did tip her more than 20% so I was still happy. I would come back to this salon and very possibly try their facials and massages.
