I have been a customer since they opened when the owner and most of the stylists left Princeton Salon. They started out great but have declined in service. I have frequent mistakes in booking, cannot get through on the phone (was on hold for 1 hr 12 min one day), and have been treated rudely many times...even by the owner. Sharon is great but she cannot do everything and be everywhere. The new texting systems stinks as well. The new location is awful. The original location only had one bathroom and I was glad to hear the new place would have 2. Yes, a tiny dirty women's room...with a rack to hang your shirt or jacket, has been added. Dirty smocks are available...can't tell dirty from clean since other clients rehang the used smocks. And if someone is using the bathroom when you are done...good luck getting your clothes. There's a men's room as well.
The tiny loveseats for waiting are also dirty and covered with hair and they have nowhere for storing pocketbooks...Mine goes on the dirty floor in a corner. One small coat rack is available but it is usually full. I love my stylist but am wondering if should move on. High prices for such poor service. The spoiled, bratty acting owner needs a reality check,
Customer -no-service, as Clark Howard says, seems to be their motto. read more
