She patiently listed to my rant and many different inspiration pics. Example: I have a thick neck keep it longer to cover that but layered and textured without being short looking. I have thin hair and a calic in the back and hair needs to cover it. I want volume in the back cause I have a flat head there. She did the exact same thing that Sunni did but charged me $90. $90 for dry cut in Oakwood? I was floored. No one mentioned prior that there was a price change or a new owner so I was caught totally off guard and had to whip out a credit card to pay. A lot of excuses were given but no offer to reduce the fee. Ive called and asked for the owner to call me but I doubt I will hear back because the whole conversation with the receptionist sounded very sketchy. I may have to dispute the charge to get anywhere with it. Be aware and beware of going here especially without asking a whole lot of questions. If I hear back Ill post an update. This is not a good way for new owners to start out. They will definitely lose my business and WILL NOT recommend them to anyone else.

This is a salon for the grown and sexy lol. But seriously though, Stephanie was gentle and patient with me as a first timer in her chair and I'm grateful.
