I've been bouncing around to different salons in the area for years, never leaving fully satisfied. I left Jess's chair SATISFIED! So often my hair isn't lifted enough, is brassy, bangs not trimmed right, etc.. I don't consider myself a picky person but I don't like brassiness in my hair.
