I'm…read morenot picky and are more 'adventurous' than most when it comes to my hair--it's just hair, people, it grows back! What I love is being able to go here and tell the colorist and stylist that I'm a blank slate for them. They draw from their experience, along with their continuous learning of modern trends, to create a masterpiece every time (they are artists, after all). I have never been disappointed and I get multiple compliments a week from strangers, either about my color, style or both. I keep a stack of their business cards in my wallet because I am asked so often where I go. You can't really go wrong with any level of colorist or stylist you see. My husband also goes here, along with my 4yr old daughter (they are great with kids, by the way) and my Mom has recently started going. It's nice because she can still get a great cut & color from the Jr level staff for a reasonable price (she's retired and on a fixed income). Everyone is very friendly. The interior design is sleek, modern and clean. And although the design might give you the impression of it being a "snooty" or "stuck-up" kind of place, that couldn't be further from the truth. Everyone is down-to-earth and accommodating. Oh, and I really dig the music they play. Really, I just can't say enough good things about this salon. I will continue driving a 90-minute round trip every 6 weeks to have this experience.

I went home to wash my hair after my coloring/bleach and I just cried and cried and cried. This was supposed to be for my son's graduation. Ruined it. Went to my barber to try to FIX my hair and paid $45 more after I paid $200 at your salon. Went back to your salon to find out why they let me leave the salon looking INSANE the same day. I feel like I've been punked! Deer in the headlights from everyone. Asked to fix it and I explained timing was the biggest problem that I mentioned in my consultation so that was impossible for me to "fix it". No refund, no remorse, nothing! Waste of money. I can never trust a hair salon again. I cried so much my eyes are puffy this morning. I feel disgusting because I was robbed! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!

I finally decided to treat myself, and found hair due through yelp. I called ahead and was told Sandra would be cutting my hair, as she was a "third level" hairdresser. Sandra was very polite and immediately made me feel at home. Not only did she make my hair look AMAZING (if you had seen my hair before you would understand just how great she did) but she also explained the process and where the other hairdresser went wrong. She didn't pressure me to buy any products, never yanked on my hair or pulled it and was just generally a nice lady. I am SO happy with my hair, she couldn't have done a better job. Not only that, but the entire staff had such good customer service and were super friendly. Lisa, the manager, even called me after my visit to see how I felt about everything. I'll be coming back here for years.

We went through a few photos of my hair journey and got started. The whole process was relaxed and comfortable. I arrived on time to my appointment and was immediately greeted by the receptionist. The salon is big, bright and spacious. There are several stations. Shortly after checking in, Emily came out and brought me to her station. We quickly went over what I wanted then she got started. She washed my hair, cut it then blow dried it. I was "blown away" after she finished. It's been a while since I've gotten a blowout. My previous salon was different. They cut my hair dry, which I was totally okay with. I was very pleased with the outcome. My hair had not looked that good in a while! Emily was not only a great stylist, but she was also friendly and personable. I enjoyed chatting with her.

I found this salon on Yelp and with good reviews I decided to call them. They were completely booked (always a good sign) except one opening 5 minutes from my call (maybe my stylist missed their lunch time today?). I was 7 minutes away and they told me that would be okay. I was happily greeted by Corey who turned out to be my hair stylist. I had an idea of how I wanted my hair but Corey really put the finishing touches on my thoughts based on the shape of my face, etc. She took her time with my cut. I never felt rushed and we had a great conversation as we went along. I really loved the end result and would return to this salon in the future. A couple of unique touches of the salon is the use of vintage makeup vanities which I absolutely loved. It seems like it gives each stylist their own unique touch and takes away the sterile copy cat stylist environment of some salons. Great experience today and I recommend them. Another lady was there getting her hair colored and then styled as I was leaving. She looked quite amazing, as well. It was nice to see the stylists not required to wear masks, also.

My wonderful stylist decided to leave the business, and I was hard pressed to find a beauty expert to maintain my color, occasionally do balayage or some kind of highlight or lowlight, and who treated hair with an excellent Keratin product. Thanks to the recommendation of a friend, I am a new "Anya evangelist!" Anya is very responsive via text regarding appointment availability. I sent her photos and she was able to provide me a very competitive quote for Keratin. My appointment was excellent! She gave me a consultation on lowlights, we covered the gray at my roots, applied the lowlights, and finished with a Keratin treatment. She also had a great recommendation for a deep conditioner, which I will use today! She also treated me to aesthetics services, dying my eyebrows, which are turning silver! I have already contacted her to ask for a styling appointment - I need a vintage hairstyle for an upcoming PinUp party. Ask Anya about her custom soaps and lotions. She owns a goat farm and makes amazing products! I almost hate to recommend her so highly because I want to keep her all to myself! But her salon is open, she is exceptional at what she does, and I'll happily drive from Woodstock up to Cumming for her expertise.

I told her I did not want to bleach my hair, and she said that was fine and that they could still get me close to the cherry red without bleach. Based on that, I trusted what she was telling me and went through with the service. Unfortunately, I got nothing close to what I asked for. My hair actually looks darker than it did before, and there is barely any noticeable red. What frustrated me even more was the stylist acting like there was so much red showing and pointing it out to me. I kept trying to see what she was seeing, but honestly, there was barely a difference. I understand that I wasn't going to get the exact bright cherry red without bleach, but I was specifically told they could get me close, and this is nowhere near close. I was also supposed to get a blowout, and the picture shows what I left with. My hair looked flat and unfinished, not like I had just paid to have it professionally blown out. I'm not someone who expects an impossible result, especially after choosing not to bleach my hair. But if getting anywhere close to the color I wanted wasn't realistic, I wish they would've just been upfront with me instead of telling me they could do it. I spent my money expecting at least a noticeable red and a professional blowout, and I left with darker hair and a result I didn't ask for. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed and honestly wish I had never spent my money here. If I could do 0 stars I would
