I went on a Saturday and it was Karaoke night. Lots of people, so lively and fun Had an absolute blast there with the Boyfriend and friends. Will definitely go back again. Drinks are average price nothing crazy about the same at every bar I have been too lol

With a ton of beers on tap, knowledgeable staff, and good bar food the Gypsy is our favorite little bar in Medford.

Tons of beer on tap and really great atmosphere. Not BS and reminds me of Charlie's in Missoula.

We come here for karaoke nights, appetizers and beers or just to play pinball on a boring Tuesday night.

We started with the deep-fried pickles, which were a letdown. They tasted like basic bottled pickle slices lightly dipped in flour with minimal seasoning--nothing special. Dinner didn't improve much. The menu items sound really appealing, but once they arrived, the flavors were bland. We ordered the Irish stew, and the meat was very tough. Tried cutting it in really small pieces so I could chew it, but it wasn't worth the effort. Had a few pieces with gristle and fat. I ended up picking the meat out and just eating the carrots and potatoes. We also tried the famous meatloaf, which was the highlight of the meal. I enjoyed it, though the portion could have been a bit larger. The gravy was tasty, and it came with peas and mashed potatoes. Overall, while the service and atmosphere were great, the dishes lacked flavor and felt overpriced for what was served.

The ambiance, was classic pub throughout, and we enjoyed this quite a bit having just returned from Ireland few weeks ago. The food was properly done though I felt that the chowder, which was delicious, was a bit tepid and could have been a bit warmer.

Great little find during an overnight stop in Medford. It was really close to our hotel, and…read moreseveral others. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's a cozy little restaurant inside with a lot of cool pictures from the early 1900s. I wish I would have taken pictures of the decor but it was a long day of driving and I didn't think about it. All the food was really good. My husband had a French dip, my daughter got a cheeseburger, and I went with the chicken quesadilla. The avocado didn't work for me but being a California girl, I get it. My daughter's French fries were the absolute best restaurant fries I've had in a loooong time. My husband enjoyed a local beer and I went with my standard white Russian, which was nice and strong. They had a really interesting cocktail menu, but I wasn't feeling adventurous there. As for service, outstanding. Our server was so friendly, attentive, and helpful with all of our questions and requests. We'll definitely keep this place in mind for future road trips now that we will be driving though from time to time! I tried to add more pictures but they don't seem to be uploading ‍
