Unwrapping back at the desk, this is a serious sandwich. Full-sized and loaded with spicy chicken and melted cheese on grilled bread. First bite? Delicious! Tenth bite? Still delicious! There were two tortillas, which I believe are freshly made. On top of each was pulled pork with a decent dose of hot sauce, and topped with cabbage, baby greens and scallions. It came in a small cardboard takeout tray. Now, while this framed everything quite nicely, it collected all the juices from the pork and made it impossible to pick up the tortilla. When I did try to lift the tortilla, it broke apart under the weight of the meat. So, this is a dish you will end up eating with a fork, but not a big deal. While this isn't a perfect dish, it hits the spot. The house made hot sauce and juicy pulled pork can make this addicting. The toppings also added some crunchy texture and help to balance out the pork. However, the tortilla did not have the soft and thin form I expected, the flavor was bland and did not mix well with the pork and hot sauce. I would prefer this over rice or maybe with a pita wrap rather than the tortilla provided. I would visit this food truck again to try another dish.
