Incredible menu, something for everyone. I tried the golden fried haddock. It was cooked perfectly. Not enough coke slaw, too much gloopy tartar sauce, but the fish was huge and delicious. We had a booth and it was private, but too close to the bar to be quiet. Shared dessert was limoncello mascarpone cake. It disappeared in seconds. Busy for an early meal on a Monday but our server was there when we needed her. Final note: don't order the maple old fashioned unless you enjoy very sweet drinks. read more

First visit was Saturday. Place was packed. We had our gr nephew with us. We ordered stuffed mushroom caps they were good have had better. My hubby got the steak sandwich my nephew had chicken tenders and ff. I ordered cheese ravioli. All the food was good waitress was very nice I think she was new?!? We liked the place the food was better than most and prices were reasonable. I gave 4 stars because there's always room for improvement read more

We anticipated it to be busy on Mother's Day. But when we got there it was not. The service was sooooo slow. We started with ice tea that had no ice and was warm. Had to request ice. Our app came out hot and was delicious!! Our main entrees were not so good. The chicken on the salad is obviously pre cooked, it was cold and tough. The waitress came by when almost done and we requested more salad dressing. Which never came. Overall not an experience we expected. read more

Had their eggplant sub and it was so good and so much food for the price that I went back the next day and got another one. Definitely enough for two people. The fries were good. Service was great. Will definitely be back. read more

We were a part of a large party celebrating two anniversaries. We called in advance to make reservations, but were still made to wait over 15 minutes. And then another 10 minutes until they prepared the table. Unfortunately, they forgot silverware despite being asked several times. We still did not have silverware when the food was served. We had two vegetarians in the group who ordered eggplant parm. Unfortunately, they were served veal parm instead. Several mistakes were made in the orders, none of which were very complicated. The waitstaff neither apologized nor admitted to making a mistake, and instead seemed put out by us asking for the correct dishes. Finally everyone but one person had the correct meal, but still had no utensils with which to eat it. The one person whose dish was still not served correctly canceled her order as it seemed rude to make the entire party wait until she would get her food and finish eating. With so many mistakes, poor service and terrible attitude, one would think that a reputable establishment would want to compensate, and avoid a bad review or lost customers. This was not the case. In fact, after leaving another review on Google, the establishment chose to delete it. This was my second time at this restaurant, and I have to say, we returned to this out of the way place because of the good food and service. Needless to say, neither I nor anyone in the party will be returning. If you enjoy good service and attentive waitstaff, stay away from the Grapevine Grille. read more

Regulars. We visit very often, the bartenders and waitstaff are AMAZING. However, we will not be visiting over the summer because they do not have AC...or whatever they have is extremely inadequate for the space. Went today for dinner and couldn't stay because it was so hot in there! I cannot imagine eating in that environment, forget WORKING in it! read more

Amazing food, service, and portions! I love the truffle fries, greek salad dressing, baked gluten free pasta, marinated chicken, steak tips and Alexandria's salad but I've never had a bad meal. read more

I'd really like to like the grapevine because it's pretty close to where I live, unfortunately I just can't quite get there. I thought that the wait staff is great! For my first time at the restaurant I had a turkey club sandwich with fries that was fine. On another stop in I tried the salmon Santorini and that's something I'd not order again. The salmon seemed to be of the preformed frozen variety and the pasta was super overcooked. Just not a fan. read more

Second but not last visit to the Grapevine Grill! What a great place- had terrific dinner last night with family and all were happy! Restaurant was very clean and so nicely decorated- nice front desk area either move to move around! Friendly and welcoming staff, expedient service due to our plans and most of all fabulous food. We ordered fried haddock and fries which came with slaw and also choice of soup or salad- portions were huge and better than our last fish at Legals!! Our guests had burgers and salads and all were cooked perfectly with again huge portions. Can't wait for my next trip west to visit family and Grapevine. read more

Ordered the stacked steak sandwich with fries last night What they gave me was beef stew on a bun had to use a knife and a fork to eat it. No fries just big huge chunks of potato. So strange. Then I ordered a second glass of Pinot and they gave me a glass of red blend instead My friends ordered the calzones and they loved them. read more

We went as a group and everything was great. Each meal hot and tasty. We have been back as a couple and everything is great...

Seated right away, a weekday during school vacation week. Their menu....is quiet large. It took us a while to decide on what to eat because they had so much stuff. It was a little overwhelming! Service was quick and the food came out pretty quickly as well. There were a few parties also around us, but we were all spread out pretty well so the noise level was still relatively quiet. I ordered the French Onion Soup and Southwest Chicken Salad for myself. The soup was okay, personally I felt there was WAY too much cheese on it and not enough soup. The salad was huge....I'm glad I ordered a side. Though I feel that with a salad this large, a bowl would suffice better than a plate as the food kept falling off of the plate when I would attempt to mix in the dressing. Again though--personal preference! I will say, I do not remember Grapevine being as expensive as it is now. I realize everything in the world has gone up in prices and that's okay....but based on the quality of food/taste I'm not sure their prices should be as high as they are. All of this being said, there were quiet a few dishes that sounded really good on their menu. I will probably go back to try another one. read more

The staff at the Grapevine are very welcoming. The service is great. We always make a reservation as it fills up fast. We get seated right away. Water is brought and drinks are ordered. They don't rush you and we order the nachos for an appetizer. When they come we order our meals. One orders the small pizza and loves bring home half of it and he's very happy, one ordered the the Buffalo Chicken Calzone and it was stuffed and excellent. Two ordered the Gorgonzola and Steak Tips flatbread. Excellent but the flatbread is actually a pita stuffed. Drinks free refills for the teens, good choice of beers on tap and mixed drinks were really refreshing. Everyone around us seemed to be enjoy themselves and the bar was packed. The owner made sure to come around and asked how the food was and if everything was good. It's casual and relaxing. Very inviting. read more

Not what it used to be. Server kind but untrained. We had mushroom caps that were bland. They used to be excellent. We ordered Sirlion and stuffed shrimp $40 stuffing was bland, potatoes and veg was bland. It's OK, but not what it was. maybe the pizza is good.? read more

We were told 20-25 minute wait. After 30 minutes, we checked in with the hostess and were told we'd be seated at the table that was next availaable. Instead, another table of the same size that walked in was seated. After a few more groups left the restaurant, we checked in again (about an hour after we were told 20-25 minutes wait), at which unit the same hostess told us they had no idea when they'd be able to seat us. read more

Great food. Great service. Took a client for lunch with my partner. We had a great meal and great people working there. Highly recommend

Food was disappointing. The in house menu was different from the online menu. I was hoping to order a lamb meat gyro, but they only offered a chicken or beef gyro. The taziki sauce seems far from home made and had no flavor. Burped it up the rest of the night. Service was awesome. Bartender was very attentive. She made a non alcoholic raspberry mint drink that was fantastic. Food came out quickly. Ambiance was loud at the bar, We heard the life story of the group sitting around the corner from us very clearly. Of course he was using his outdoor voice. read more

Although other menu items may be good, if you order a crispy chicken salad, you get the same dry chicken tenders that they give kids for their meals on top of yours. And it's just not good. Why would I pay for a crispy chicken salad with Frozen Tyson chicken tenders on top, when I can buy Tyson chicken tenders and make salad at home? read more

I would have left 3 stars, but the cook who came out of the kitchen and harassed me was completely inappropriate!! We dine out frequently, you can see my many Yelp reviews are almost always good...but this guy and this experience was off the rails! First let me go back and start with some positives, the staff at the front desk and our server were both super friendly and very good at their jobs. The drink I ordered (lemon drop martini) was very good, and reasonably priced. For appetizers our table ordered two French onion soups, clam chowder, and mozzarella sticks. I didn't try the mozzarella but they looked crispy and delicious. The soups were very good. For entrees, we ordered a Killer Fish sandwich, Mediterranean Chicken, chicken parmesan, and turkey panini with artichoke spread. The red sauce is on the sweeter side, I'm guessing it may be a Greek recipe and not Italian? I don't know, I wouldn't order anything with the red sauce after tasting it, it wasn't horrible... I just prefer an Italian style marinara. The fish was previously frozen. Would never order the fish again...however I live on the CT shoreline so I'm used to places with fresh fish, and it's my own fault for not asking first before ordering it. The Mediterranean chicken was a very generous portion and it looked good but I didn't try it. The ONLY issue with food that I had here was that I did not like my turkey panini. It was a processed turkey breast that was on the wet side. So when the processed turkey was heated in the panini press it got a little slimy in texture. I DID NOT fault the restaurant for that, I did not ask for it to be removed from my bill, but when the waitress asked me if everything was ok I replied that I didn't like the sandwich because of the turkey being wet and the texture making me feel it was slimy. I told her I wouldn't be eating it but asked if she could suggest something quick and easy to make so I can order something else. She pointed out to stay away from grinders and pizza because it would take longer but anything else she'd have out quickly. I ordered the Killer fish sandwich. Again, didn't ask her to remove the panini from my bill...and didn't say I wouldn't pay for it or wanted to "exchange it" for something else...just said she could take it away (besides I had eaten half the fries already). So, when the cook came out from the back a minute later asking our table who had the turkey sandwich they didn't like I was confused. He had two slices of Turkey on a plate that he shoved in my face and said "there is nothing wrong with the turkey, I sliced it myself this morning it is fresh, here see this, this is the same turkey, try it". I had to say no several times, I told him it's fine that you sliced it yourself this morning but I still don't like the texture wet like that on my panini and I don't want to try it again. He was so irritated as though I had accused him of serving me rotten turkey or had asked the server to remove it from my bill or something, it was bizarre. He was in my face and completely inappropriate making a scene in a half-full restaurant. The rest of the food would have gotten a solid 3, or 3.5 if they had an option for that... but unfortunately this guy was a complete jerk and gave me a hard time for not liking the texture of the turkey and ordering something else!! Horrid customer service right there- I will share my experience with others and not return solely because of him. And it's too bad for them, because our bill was $127 for 4 people for a late lunch (3.30pm) and my family lives locally so it may have been included in our rotation again if not for this. Clarification: although I never mentioned it again to the server and never asked for her to take the turkey panini off the bill, when the bill arrived it had only the $15 fish sandwich I ordered and not the panini on the bill. I wasn't expecting it, because it was me who didn't like the texture of their processed turkey, but I was more than fine with it after dealing with that jerk who came out of the kitchen. read more

YOU ARE THE GREATEST!!!!! From my mother-in-law who turned 60 today (we can't visit of course because of the pandemic): "We're digging in & in Food Heaven right now - the dishes are UNBELIEVABLE - you couldn't have chosen a better place!!! The flavors are Out of this World!! We're definitely all going back together when you can visit!! Love & Hugs to both of you for making my Birthday a night to remember!!" The Grapevine Grille MADE our mom/m-I-l's 60th birthday SO very special. You are absolutely terrific! As you can see above, she just melted from the delicious offerings you create. KUDOS to the chefs, managers, assistants, & the wonderful Taylor who took our order!! She was so busy, phones ringing off the hook. She was so gracious & carefully took the info for a vegetarian & a meat-a-tarian which is not always easy! The pics aren't so great, but you can see HOW huge the dishes are!! They will be eating all week! Everything looks so goooood! Can we jet some to California!!! HAHAH!!! Thank you, Marietto's family & team for making her celebration so magical. Please stay safe these day -- Belchertown needs you! read more

Takeout order was incorrect. I didn't want to call however because the employees were so incredibly obnoxiously rude while I was there, I didn't want to deal with them again. The gaggle of girls behind the desk completely ignored me while they carried on a loud conversation amongst themselves for 5 minutes until a man came out and addressed me. Food was made 20 minutes past quoted time and was wrong. The restaurant wasn't busy at all because it was cold and raining. Extremely unprofessional and off putting. Won't be back. read more

My husband and I visited for the first time recently. We sat at the bar, where the bartender was very friendly and efficient. My husband had the half rack of baby back ribs and I had the chicken Marsala. The meals came with fresh green salads and delicious warm rolls, accompanied by butter and olive oil/red wine vinegar/seasoning. The food was very good and the portions were extremely generous. I got two lunches out of my leftovers! The prices are very reasonable. It is a friendly, local establishment and we chatted with some nice folks at the bar. Very relaxing, home town feel with friendly staff. read more

They can not even get a salad right. Prices have gone thru the roof for poor quality food. This was our second visit in 3 weeks. The restaurant is comfortable with plenty of seating. Although I thought my sandwich on my previous visit was good, I thought it was light on some of the ingredients so I ordered something different this visit, as did my husband. We both ordered off the "specials" menu: he had the whole belly clam/fried haddock combo w/fries ($28) and I ordered the chicken stir-fry panini sandwich w/fries ($19). My husband's meal was very good and the fish portion alone would have been plenty for a meal. He said everything was very good. My sandwich was ok...very light on the chicken, but plenty of cheese. Because panini bread is on the denser side, I feel that the ingredients INSIDE need to make a statement, not just the bread. Seriously, it seemed more like a grilled cheese panini due to the lack of chicken. We also ordered onion rings (beer batter) again because they were so delicious last time. If we find ourselves there again, I'm going to skip the sandwich menu no matter how appealing they sound and try a different entree. Service was fine. read more

We went for our anniversary in December, can't wait to go back, reasonably priced, food delicious, staff great

Food quality and consistency has unfortunately dropped, prices have gone way up, and the online menu doesn't reflect the current prices. It's not necessarily their fault, but I definitely don't go here much anymore. Sad because it's so close and one of the only close places. read more

Sunday night wasn't expecting to wait as long as we did but restaurants so short staffed these days it was inevitable. I was very glad we waited because the food was good. Started with the Mediterranean calamari which was great. A tiny bit greasy but I loved the brininess brought by the capers. Had the Gyro pizza which was not an item I've ever ordered anywhere before. A thick greek crust with an abundance of onions, tomatoes, and gyro meat with cheese. Pleasantly surprised! The menu is huge and I'd like to go back on a day when they are not as short staffed because I feel that played a huge role in our experience. Server was very sweet but clearly stretched too thin to be as attentive as she would've liked I'm sure. read more

I am never disappointed by the meal I get from the Grapevine grill. It's a great spot to dine at with a nice bar and restaurant area and the takeout definitely does not disappoint either. Waitstaff are always polite and attentive without being overly at your table while trying to eat. They have a wide variety of options on their menu, I'll get anything from a fish meal to a meatball sub to a steak salad and it's all delicious.
