    Cali Ceezer Salad

There aren't enough good salad places - so ordered delivery from this place to try it out. Our salads were great - generous portion of protein-packed salad. ingredients were fresh and the dressing was delicious. Loved their presentation - all the toppings are grouped so you can pour in your dressing and shake the box.

This place serves one of the best salads I've had. There used to be another salad spot I loved, but it's no longer open this one definitely fills that gap, and I'll definitely be coming back. It is a little on the pricier side, but it's worth it. I ordered online for pickup, and by the time I arrived my food was already ready. The location is a bit tucked away in the back, but the space itself is simple, clean, and inviting. I chose the create your own salad, which includes five toppings. I tried both the pesto Ceezer and the sweet sesame dressings. The sweet sesame is lighter and not overly sweet, which I liked. My favorite, though, was the pesto Ceezer it was creamy, fresh, and really flavorful.

The food looks exactly like the pictures. Vibrant, fresh and delicious! My friend and I were checking out this place because it looked healthy and fresh. Yes and yes! We were helped by the owner who was so hospitable. He let my friend taste the basil that was displayed in the restaurant. We ordered the Samurai Steak Salad and Steak Supreme Salad. Perfect portions! He even gave us a free watermelon drink that had basil in it. Refreshing and tasty! We also chatted with one of the staff. He was pleasant to talk to and loved the food. Love when staff love the product they serve. Only complaint...the Campbell location is very difficult to find. It a definite hidden gem.

Tried The Good Salad for the first time today. Had a Samurai Steak Salad delivered for lunch. Overall I loved the salad, especially the variety of ingredients like edamame, roasted peanuts, carrots, and green onions. Everything tasted fresh and delicious ... except the steak. I saw pictures of what the steak looked like before I ordered, but somehow got it in my head it would be thinly sliced and medium rare. Nope. It was cubed, cold, and slathered in spicy mayonnaise, which was very, very spicy. Too spicy to eat. I should have asked them to leave the mayo off. They do allow you to customize your salad, which I love. I opted for 100% romaine and added corn. Yum. The sesame dressing it came with was good, but not my favorite. It also comes with a glaze, which I did not try. I was surprised they didn't have a bigger selection of dressings. Honey mustard would have been good.

My favorite salads are the Blazing Bird Salad and Cali Caesar! I would pass on the Steak Supreme. Overall, quality salads and great service. I will note that I hate the parking situation around this location - I'd rather just go to the other location to pick up the food to-go. The salads here are great, quick to make and grab, but I don't know if parking (especially on weekends) are worth it.

The Good Salad is a cute salad bar in downtown Campbell. They took over the space from Brown Chicken Brown Cow and didn't change much of the design or layout. The service is really friendly and fast. We got the Caesar salad and the brazing chicken salad. Both salads were great with fresh quality ingredients. To be honest, the two salads were too similar to really get a good sampling of their menu. I guess I'll need to go back and try different items.

Nothing like a healthy and filling salad that won't break the bank! I'm not sure when salads got to be over $20, but it was refreshing to see them range from $14-$15 here, while including meat - even steak! They have a variety of already composed salads as well as a BYO menu. The BYO option might run you a little more if you select steak, but they start at $15 and offer a good variety of toppings. Ingredients are fresh and salads are filling! They're located downtown Campbell in the old Brown Chicken Brown Cow location, so a little tucked away, but just look for the pink signage and you should be able to find them!

Great make your own salad spot. Located in some back alley, hole in the wall. You wouldn't think much of it if you randomly walked by, but this salad spot is really great! The decor is reminiscent of a Jamba Juice, but feels obviously more health conscious and has a nice vibe to it. The salad portion felt pretty generous and the staff was really accommodating for a place you order while standing. I wasn't a fan of their wild watermelon juice as it was fixed with some greens that really took the sweetness out of the drink, but everything else about this place slaps for me. Definitely worth the journey navigating through the back alleys of Campbell!

    Clean and bright interior.

Grateful for this cute salad place in downtown Campbell. They have half a dozen signature salads, and you can also custom make your own salad and choose from many ingredients. I ordered the Samurai Steak salad which had a nice medley of vegetables and dressing. The cut pieces of steak were well-done and looked pale, leaving me to wonder it it was boiled in the boiling process. The dressing helped give flavor. I had hoped that the steak would be nicely grilled and juicy. Otherwise it was fine and I ate the whole thing. Reasonable portion and price. Good service and clean place.

I love when there's a good salad place in town. No pun intended ;). A really solid spot that's reasonably priced for salads and you don't feel like you have to pay $20+ for lettuce. Tried their prefix salad and it was delicious. My friend customized hers and really enjoyed it as well. My go-to place for salads from now on!

Ordering online was really easy and the menu is small with a "make your own option" so choosing my order wasn't overwhelming at all. Once I placed my order, I headed out to pick it up. Parking is challenging as there's no dedicated lot so if street parking is full, you may need to park a few blocks away in one of the parking structures. Thankfully I found a spot right in front. Note that this location plus tucked in the rear of the building so if you're not familiar with the area, you may walk past it a few times. It's the old Brown Chicken Brown Cow location. My order was ready to go when I got there so I was in and out very quickly. Cute store front with bright welcoming colors, super clean dining area and an outdoor patio for when the weather gets a little warmer. Customer service was excellent and with my bag in hand, I took my order back home. Here's what I ordered: BLAZING CHICKEN SALAD - super fresh and the chicken was juicy had good flavor. I loved the crunchy onion strings and the perfect scoop of avocado. This came with the Chipotle ranch dressing but I also ordered the plain ranch as well. Both were tasty but I think I liked the basic ranch the best. HOMEMADE FOCCIA - soft, fluffy goodness with great flavor. I drizzled a bit of the balsamic glaze over it and holy yum! Note on the prepackaged dressings - these are all made in house and packaged so for those who thought they were purchased elsewhere, that's incorrect. They package them up fresh in mass quantities to save on time, waste and spillage! My goal this year is to eat more salads so I'll absolutely be back however not more than once a week since these babies are pretty pricy. Salad + bread + tip was over $20. Portions are decent but not huge. If you're looking to share a salad, I'd suggest adding extra protein to plump it up a bit.

Lot of salad options and like that you can create your own as well. I had the Samurai Steak salad as it had everything I liked and it was very plentiful. Some of the steak pieces were a bit too chewy, but overall it was very tasty.

The salads are consistently so good. The steak with the pear vinaigrette is the best.

I had them hold the dried cranberries and hot honey. The proportions were perfect and there was good stuff all the way at the bottom of the bowl, not just leftover lettuce. The only thing I didn't care for was the vinaigrette dressing. That worked out okay because the salad had so much flavor it didn't need dressing. I will definitely be back, probably many times, for that salad again.

The café was packed with customers sharing pastries, enjoying meals, and catching up with friends. I got the salmon toast, and was the presentation beautiful! Two slices of sourdough bread topped with filets of smoked salmon on an herb aioli spread. All of this was garnished with a generous helping of frisee, a few rings of red onion, a helping of capers, a couple zests of lemon, and a sprinkling of dill. And what a delightful meal! From the first bite, the salmon was smoky with a hint of salt and sweetness, with herbal creaminess and a toasty crunch thanks to the aioli and bread. The frisee was peppery sharp, a highlight and good contrast to the salmon. The mild salty brininess of the capers and the bright tart lemon zest brought notes of sunshine and sea breeze to the dish. The dill was the fresh, light, finishing touch. This was just like a fresh lunch by the seaside, and for a moment it was heaven. Where community comes together for good food, Manresa is there.
