There is no excuse good enough to account for my unnecessary inconvenience and 11 days of waisted time. on top of that, it looked like they wiped all the dry erase inspection markings off with mud puddle water and left weather stripping dragging on the ground when they brought me the truck.

I had another shop who replied but was only doing windshield replacements, and finally a third shop replied the day AFTER Bill fixed my windshield. Bill was extremely professional and skilled. He came out to service my windshield in just a couple days from my initial quote. He was on time, remained courteous, and worked quickly. After he was done, the rock chip was almost invisible.
