Another week later, went in and Mike said he'd been too busy to get to it. At 3 weeks, still no call. Went in to retrieve window and he said it was done. Had blown out the weeps and water tested it. Had not called me to tell me it was done. Could not tell if anything had been done. Paid $54 and took it to another Aberdeen glass shop to reinstall it. When they finished it ( the same day) they said there was cobwebs in the weeps that they blew out. I believe my money was stolen, but cannot prove it, so I guess I let it go. There is no excuse good enough to account for my unnecessary inconvenience and 11 days of waisted time. on top of that, it looked like they wiped all the dry erase inspection markings off with mud puddle water and left weather stripping dragging on the ground when they brought me the truck.

I sent the request for a quote late at night and Bill from Integrity Auto Glass responded first thing in the morning. It was a pleasure working with Bill to find a date and time that works. They had multiple openings that were all within a more than reasonable time frame and let me have options. Bill was always super quick to respond and transparent. I even requested a heads up 15 minutes before anyone would arrive and Bill made sure to accommodate that. I was able to have my window replaced in less than 48 hours of the break (and it would have been less than 24 hours except for my own time limitations). I was able to have the repair done at my home address, which saved me the stress of driving anywhere or setting aside hours to go somewhere. The shattered window held together by masking tape was removed and replaced, and the work area cleaned up within 25 minutes. It was impressively fast work! The glass was also a perfect match to the other windows, so it doesn't even look like a break happened. I am so pleased with this experience and will definitely be using Auto Integrity Glass if another window breaks or I need to replace a windshield (which hopefully isn't soon)!
