Looking for premium XPEL PPF and window tint in the greater Olympia/Tacoma area? Do yourself a…read morefavor and schedule an appointment to see Keaton and Cassidi at Tint Fresh. After conducting thorough cross-platform research including AI-assisted analysis of installer reviews, PPF longevity data, and pricing comparisons across Tacoma, Seattle, and Bellevue shops, Tint Fresh emerged as the clear choice for my fresh off the dealers lot 2025 Mazda -- a vehicle I intend to keep for a while, which justified a comprehensive protection package. I had XPEL PPF and tint installed: full front bumper, fenders, hood, side mirrors, door cups, front leading quarter roof, Mazda emblem, and A/B/C pillars, plus window tint on the front driver and passenger windows to match the factory rear tint. All pre-cut film. The Installation: Near flawless. Super minor dust infiltration and small air bubbles that have since laid down -- you would need high-contrast lighting and an inch-by-inch inspection to spot the few imperfections. Alignment on the XPEL is spot on. The PPF does not detract from Mazda's Soul Red Crystal (46V) in any way. One-day turnaround with next-day pickup. Honestly, I couldn't ask for a better installation. The Tint: This was my first vehicle tint experience. I was 50/50 on the fence, but Cassidi made it easy -- she offered that if I didn't like it, they wouldn't charge to remove it. The result? Goldilocks zone. Not too dark, not too light. This turned out to be the biggest visual surprise of the entire package. The Real Value -- Owner-Operators: Cassidi handled the consultation with patience and intuition, quickly reading that I was an informed customer who had done his research and had specific questions. She listened first, then provided tailored feedback and options rather than a one-size-fits-all pitch. Keaton was always within earshot, and together they represent exactly what I look for in a service provider: full accountability, standing behind their work, and the sense that they would make it right should anything go wrong. This is the holy trinity of picking a PPF/tint shop -- communication, technical ability, and genuine ownership of the outcome. Pro move: I noticed their water delivery rep carting in large jugs of distilled water for installations. No tap water at this shop. Cassidi proactively scheduled a 1-week follow-up inspection, which confirmed zero issues. Their pricing is competitive with Tacoma installers and fair value compared to Seattle/Bellevue alternatives -- without the drive. I was prepared to travel to Tacoma or Seattle for this work, but Tint Fresh being local to Tumwater made the decision a bonus on top of an already clear choice. P.S. I try not to comment on other reviews, but to the vague 2-star review claiming "low quality film" that "fogs and clouds up" -- Tint Fresh installs XPEL, which is an industry-leading premium film brand, not some budget alternative. That review offers no specifics on what was actually installed, what vehicle, or what "care" protocols were followed. A Yelp account with minimal activity leaving a vague hit-piece doesn't pass the sniff test. My experience -- and the 140+ other positive reviews -- tell a very different story. Don't take my word for it, do your own research.

Cye from Novus auto glass was the only one that really explained me why I must put the right glass and calibrated after installation. I paid my own pocket for the glass replacement, but I'm super happy with the service and everything with this shop. Ali from the office really helped me with scheduling same-day replacement debt all took less than an hour, including calibration, I have watched the entire process, if guys are super professional, Austin and Cye installed it Absolutely perfect. The price is more than fair, highly recommended

Not to be dramatic but I've never had such amazing customer service where they provided the service needed and more. Offered water upon walking in, took me in first thing in the morning despite the flooding happening, cleaned up the shattered glass all over in the inside of my car, provided personal recommendations to other businesses for other services, and the owner himself helped seal off the edges of the windows out in the rain. Thank you so much for taking me in on such short notice and going above and beyond to help me with my situation. Hoping this never happens again but if I ever need any other sort of glass services for my 2 vehicles, I'll definitely be making the drive up from Renton. These guys are worth it. Happy holidays!
