I was able to wait in an adjoining restaurant, have lunch, a beverage and leave 90 minutes later with a new windshield! Only glass shop near me but the reviews were good so gave them a try. The shop shares the building with 2 other businesses. The office is small and cramped with 2 desks. Customers have to wait in the cafe or outside. The service was great and quick. Friendly staff. Chip repair cost was reasonable. Will return if needed. read more

Stopped in here a week ago to have them patch (I thought) a big ding in my windshield. In the picture below it was just the little star in the center, the crack hadn't formed yet. The tech said the ding was too big to patch and would require a replacement. I made an appointment to return in a week during which the large crack formed. Returned today, and the tech quoted a 90 minute job and he was done in an hour. Nice! We waited inside the little bar/bike shop while the work was getting done. It's a curious arrangement: auto glass repair, bike repair, tap room and a Mexican food truck all rolled into one. It worked for me because the taproom provides someplace to sit, use the wifi, etc. while waiting. Windshield looks perfect - happy camper!! read more

Getting a cracked windshield just plain stinks. Especially if insurance doesn't cover it. I cringed when my husband told me how much it would cost to replace it, so believe me when I say he put a lot of research into local and not so local resources. We decided on Atlantis because of the reviews and they did not disappoint. They also were middle of the road in the expense department. Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive, too. You usually pay for what you get, and they offered and performed with excellence. Professional, kind, quick to service, efficient....no waiting around here. They even found a squirrels nest inside the engine and cleaned it away. The windshield looks great! The waiting area is clean, and offers both coffee and sandwiches/snacks, or you could choose to order from the Mexican truck, Guadalajara Conbo, while you wait. Excellent Mexican fare! Make an appointment with confidence if you need your windshield repaired. They're good! read more

Did a great job replacing my rear windows and front windshield. Service was friendly. The front office person kept on top of things, communicating, sometimes juggling appts. Since I wasnt using insurance, I received a small discount. Its a little confusing how to enter, theres the main marked entrance, the garage itself, and the secret squirrel entrance in the back. My truck has a canopy which makes rear window access difficult. I loosened the bolts, and they were able to just slide it back to complete the work. I thought prices were reasonable, work performed well, friendly. Would recommend! read more

I had water infiltrating under my windshield. It appeared to be coming in slowly at the top center. I thought it was the gasket under the windshield since the windshield was not cracked. I made an appointment at Atlantis Auto Glass, Upon my arrival, my vehicle was taken in promptly. After about 40 minutes, the receptionist came out and told me that the drain holes in my sun roof had been clogged. They cleared the drain holes and I was not charged. This is fantastic customer service. I will definitely take my vehicles to them for any auto glass related issues. read more

I was not pleased with the service I received from Atlantis. This week, I arrived at a scheduled appointment at 8:15, after an hour of travel. When I arrived to the shop, I was notified that the scheduled appointment had been cancelled because the sunroof glass had not arrived the previous day. When I asked the receptionist and the owner why Atlantis did not notify me before I travelled an hour for the scheduled appointment, I was told the it was not their fault the glass did not arrive on time. The receptionist said the glass would "more than likely" arrive at 10:00 a.m. on the same day as my scheduled appointment. I asked the receptionist to contact the company to verify the glass was going to arrive at 10:00 a.m. After the contact, the receptionist said the glass was going to arrive December 16. I asked the owner if he was going to reimburse the expense of gas for two hours of travel, he thought that was an unreasonable request. There was no apologies, just a, "not our fault." We love baseball, and risk is one hitting your windshield. They gave an appointment and replaced the windshield. Hopefully doesn't happen again but if it does I know who to go to. read more

My thanks to Don Bacon and his crew at Atlantis Auto Glass my windshield is done correctly and the right seal and parts were used to complete the job in a timely manner. After a three week time frame and a complete hack job from a company in Seaside on Ave U they know who they are and the mess they made and left inside the car was beyond irritating but thanks to Atlantis again for not just doing it right but on also cleaning up behind the previous hack job. We spent hours vacuuming our truck after our windshield broke. This company was quick to get us in and replace our back windshield but we were told they would vacuum when they were done, they did not. So I called to complain but they didn't seem to care. Had to vacuum again ourselves. read more

Took my car in for back window replacement after someone smashed it in. The guy did the repair and had back in an hour. Repair guy parked my car clear around other side of building so I paid and left. Next day I looked at repair, seal was never put on, window slid down and exposed glue plus was uneven, panels inside were not put back on properly, glue on car, and water was leaking inside car. I called n got appt to have repair done correctly but when I showed for appt owner was there and verbally assualted me, laughed at me, made fun of me and refused to do anything. I disputed charge and he wrote a letter fabricating an entire story and none of it was true. Please go to Speedy glass out of Seaside, the guy was professional and helped me repair unsafe window Atlantis did. Avoid this place the work is horrible and so is the owner. read more

My 88 year old mother was just out there and asked if they could do a small job for her that, for some reason, no one else was able to do (or willing to do). They said SURE! and proceeded to take care of her issue quickly, and send her on her way very happy.
