I started looking on yelp for glass repair shops and Bill was the first one who replied and, in my opinion, the best one! When I picked my car up (much later than I was told I could) I paid part cash and part credit card as they're charging 3% on credit card now. About seven dollars of that was in change and when I put it on the counter he says "I can't take that"! I'll have to go ask somebody if I can take it. Of course they can, they have to, it's US currency. So I get my receipt and the paperwork and I walk out the door and say thank you. He has not one word to say. As a customer. I think he should've said thank you or at least you're welcome. Also, the paint was not the exact shade, but I'll probably be the only one that notices that so I didn't say anything about it.
