Tanner showed up and assessed my car in the driveway. I was inside and he called me when he arrived. I missed the call, but by the time I called him back he was done assessing my windshield. He was very honest and explained that he couldn't fill the crack and it would eventually just continue to crack. He gave me some pointers for prolonging the windshield and said I may get months out of it before it cracked more. I appreciated his honestly so much. I'll for sure call him back when it's time to get a new windshield. His visit and time was a free estimate. Very happy with this service.

When I called to give information they…read moreneeded about a claim he was very short with me and told me you were supposed to call me with the claim number. I stated I just got it yesterday. When I picked my car up (much later than I was told I could) I paid part cash and part credit card as they're charging 3% on credit card now. About seven dollars of that was in change and when I put it on the counter he says "I can't take that"! I'll have to go ask somebody if I can take it. Of course they can, they have to, it's US currency. So I get my receipt and the paperwork and I walk out the door and say thank you. He has not one word to say. As a customer. I think he should've said thank you or at least you're welcome. Also, the paint was not the exact shade, but I'll probably be the only one that notices that so I didn't say anything about it. There's other options in town.

I recently had an accidental break of a quarter panel window and used Yelp to help me find a…read morereliable repairman. I sent the request for a quote late at night and Bill from Integrity Auto Glass responded first thing in the morning. It was a pleasure working with Bill to find a date and time that works. They had multiple openings that were all within a more than reasonable time frame and let me have options. Bill was always super quick to respond and transparent. I even requested a heads up 15 minutes before anyone would arrive and Bill made sure to accommodate that. I was able to have my window replaced in less than 48 hours of the break (and it would have been less than 24 hours except for my own time limitations). I was able to have the repair done at my home address, which saved me the stress of driving anywhere or setting aside hours to go somewhere. The shattered window held together by masking tape was removed and replaced, and the work area cleaned up within 25 minutes. It was impressively fast work! The glass was also a perfect match to the other windows, so it doesn't even look like a break happened. I am so pleased with this experience and will definitely be using Auto Integrity Glass if another window breaks or I need to replace a windshield (which hopefully isn't soon)!
