Absolutely stellar work! My Limos windshield molding was starting to come off and it compromised the seal. Those molding are impossible to replace without the windshield being replaced as well. They were able to fit me in the same day I called for a quote. My passenger window was smashed during an attempted theft much earlier in the morning and they were able to source a new window locally and get it repaired same day. I had to drop it off earlier than my appointment and pick it up after hours but they made the whole process so easy and streamlined. I recently went to Hampton auto glass to take my brand new car to have the windshield replaced because of a rock chip. In the process, they gashed my dashboard and did not include me in the decision on how to fix it. I was highly disappointed. The young man who did it was fired. Tabatha, the manager, ate my deductible because of this, which I was thankful. Two days later, the rains came, and I turned on my wipers and they were completely out of whack. I took my car back to have the wipers adjusted, and the attempt made was feeble at best. I hired a different glass company simply to come and adjust my wipers because I didn't know if they were censored being a brand new car. I was and am disappointed in Hampton auto glass because they are local and wanted to keep everything local. With all that happened, I questioned my decisions. read more

They originally fixed a small rock chip for free then I got another rock chip that cracked windshield pretty bad- Easy to make an appointment and the filed insurance claim for me. All I had to drop vehicle off and then pay insurance deductible when I picked it up. They do the calibration for safety features after installation. Everyone is friendly and helpful, will be bringing my other vehicle here for windshield repairs and avoid the dealership. Got a rock chip in our glass roof, caused by a golfball-sized rock hitting the roof just above the windshield while driving 70+ mph on I-5. The chip itself was a half-inch in diameter, with fine cracks going out in a diameter of about 2 inches total. Reached out to several auto glass repair places to see if any of them would repair a rock chip in the glass roof of a Tesla. 6 of the 8 places said no. Hampton promptly wrote back telling us to bring it in, and said it would be $43 if they could do it. We took the car in this afternoon and they fixed it. They were very friendly and did a great job. Had us in and out in about 30 minutes. You can barely see a tiny dot now. Probably saved us about $2k in not having to replace the glass roof. Great job and great attitude. This place saved my road trip! My friend was moving to Canada so we drove up north from SF. It was great until we took a quick stop for a hike at the Redwood National Forest and found our car got broken into. We called the insurance and they recommended one place for lower rates (which ended up to be only a $15 difference for a ~$220 repair), but it'll be 2-3 days later. We made an appointment and when we got there they told us to come back in 2 hours. 90 minutes later they told us the person that does the repairs isn't around. Not sure why it took them 90 minutes to figure that out. I was pretty upset because not only did we wait 2-3 days to go to this place, but they ended up not even fixing it. I searched around and found Hampton Auto Glass. They were able to work on the broken window from about 2-3 hours from when I called. They were super friendly and understanding. They made a bad experience, broken windshield, into a good one. Not once but twice within 3 months I have at the mercy of some random object on the Interstate. The first time it was only a chip, a very large chip but they encouraged me to simply fix it in lieu of replacement. They could have made more money off of me but no, HONEST, kind people work at Hampton Auto Glass. With in 3 months I was back. This time something large had put a hole in the windshield and it truly needed replacing. They were amazing and even gave me a ride home while they worked and brought me back when they were done. The manager Tabitha is AWFUL!! I called Hampton as my front windshield was cracked by a rock on the freeway and I needed to have it replaced. I had called a few other places but Bre sold me on this location, she was responsive, kind, and extremely helpful! Appt was easy to schedule, she was able to secure an OEM replacement from the dealership and get me scheduled to have it installed the next week. My problems didn't arise until the afternoon. I received a call that my car was ready but there were a few things that popped up (super cryptic) I had to pry and ask additional questions just to make sure my vehicle was okay. When I arrived I was greeted by Tabitha who asked me how she could help, I let her know that I was picking up my vehicle. She then said that a service tech would have to come speak to me to explain what was going on but first she would have me sign a form and collect my deductible. I signed the form but let her know that before I paid the deductible I wanted to know what issues had arouse with my vehicle before I paid. Then she started raising her voice telling me "the agreement was that they provided a service and I had to pay my deductible" I asked her to calm down. She stormed off into the service area proceeding to speak loudly enough for me to hear her talking ill of me to the service tech and the receptionist. The tech explained that there were many codes coming up and that I had all these alerts on my vehicle popping up after the glass install, and that the vehicle would have to go to the dealership to be looked at. My car is routinely serviced at Jim fisher Volvo and there were no lights or error codes popping up when I brought my car in! He said the car runs and drives fine there's just lots of lights on now. (Seriously?!?) aside from the he was very nice and professional. He stated that he would email me the list so I could present it to the dealership when I bring it in later this month. (I won't know wrong until they look at it later this month) you never except your car to arrive with no issues then lots just by having glass repaired. Ugh... After speaking to the tech I asked who his manger was and low and behold it was Tabitha! I can not believe that I was spoken to in such a disrespectful manner by the manager! I requested contact information for The owner and he looked at her and she refused. Upon leaving I let her know how someone asking for clarification before making payment was reasonable, and never did I refuse to pay my deductible I simply wanted information! The owner should be aware of this woman who is the face of his business (she's awful, childish and highly unprofessional) someone you employ as a manager should not be the person who is escalating a situation. read more

Got a quote to replace 2 window gaskets that were warping out of place. When I came in 7 months later we found out they could no longer get that type of gasket as my car is 35 years old, but they could still work with my old gaskets and make them work. When I picked my car up I was charged the quoted price even though they didn't use new gaskets. I made a comment about that, and I no sooner got home when the office girl called and apologized, saying she checked with the installer and was told it was less. She refunded my charges and they refilled half the cost, all over the phone. And the fix looks good. So I give them 5 stars. read more
