Fast forward a few years, we had a loose rubber seal on our front windshield and were concerned about potential water leaks so I gave Kevin a call to see if he could take a look. He responded immediately and we set up some time for him to take a look. Turns out, there was no leak and the fix was purely cosmetic, but he still wanted to perform a full diagnostic just to make sure there wasn't any leaks somewhere else in the car. The good news is that everything was fine and no leaks were detected, which means his windshield fixes from several years ago are still going strong! They were super detail oriented and spent a lot of time cleaning up and removing the previous glass and adhesive before installing the replacement. After the new glass was in, they completed the ADAS recalibration and sent the official report to us via email. The new windshield looks immaculate and you cannot tell that it had ever been replaced. We had our rear windshield smashed while we were passing through Portland. It was a Sunday and…read moreplaces like Safelite and other spots wouldn't be able to fix it until Tuesday or Monday at the earliest and we needed to get to our next destination the next day. We called this place and they immediately took our car in. They had to order the window but said it could be done by Monday at 9am, maybe earlier. They ended up not being able to finish until Monday at noon but at least they got it done for a reasonable price and the work looked pretty good (it's held up so far!). They seem pretty busy so I don't know if they're the fastest shop if this was during the week. But they were very nice and I really appreciated having a place take care of things on a weekend. Maybe a slightly overpromise and slight underdeliver but all in all would come back here if we needed service.
