I was a regular customer having spent literally thousands of dollars at this establishment. I had a 9am appointment for tinting and ppf but received a text telling me I was rescheduled to 1pm. I even receive a second text telling me to remember my 1pm appointment. On the day of the appointment they call me at 10am and say the appointment is cancelled because I'm late. When I show they rescheduled me they say it was their error and try to reschedule me for next week. I had already rearranged my work schedule for this appointment. Prior to taking my car in, I asked them a million questions and they quickly responded to each and every one. They were also able to squeeze me in last minute and get my vehicle done promptly. They quoted me for $100 but since I tried to to t my two fro t windows and didn't remove it, I was charged $40 for two front window tint removal. Not bad at all. someone recommended me this windows tinting place. I dropped my car here to have my window tint, they actually damaged my driver rear mirror. They put a blame on their customer fault, it's damaged before hand. When we pickup our car the window is already tinted and they stated our rear mirror is damaged, it's completed melted. How can that happen, only one assumption that they use some high heated tool accident cause the damaged in that area, but NO, they blame their customer that parked the car outside that and the damaged cause by the sun. We request to see the camera of all the activities before and after when they start the service for our vehicle, but just BS excuses. I've read many bad reviews for this business owner for the same reason, but like usual they just attack their customer with the blame, but not come up with a solution or admit their mistakes. I would not recom this place. You see lots of good reviews for this business as well just because those came from customer that's not in the same situation with customers that has their vehicle damage by this business. Disappointed in the customer service. Took my RAM in on Sat, June 4th to get my front windows exterior-matched to factory rear window tint. They did the job in an hour, no issues there. Noticed on Sunday that the front windows were noticeably lighter than the rears regardless of outdoor lighting. Left them a voice mail explaining issue. The lady that I saw on Sat called me back on Tuesday and was extremely courteous and said that I could call back on Friday or Saturday and they would adjust their schedule to get me in to address the issue. Awesome. To this point, very happy. I called back on Thu, June 9th to schedule a Fri or Sat appointment but the call was answered by someone else, who I'm assuming was the owner. He told me he was aware of my concerns, and when I requested to bring it back in on either Fri or Sat, he responded that their schedule was completely full, and the soonest I could bring it back was over a week away. (An even longer wait than my original appointment!!) I explained that I was told the problem would be addressed this weekend, and that the following weekend we were out of town. He didn't appear to care. I then contacted Solar Eclipse Window Tinting and explained the situation. The owner was very nice and said the 20% tint they put on my vehicle was incorrect, as it should have been 15% to match the factory tint. He scheduled me in the very next day, June 10th. 15% installed and it matches the factory tint perfectly. Also, kudos to Solar Eclipse for waving the $20 fee to remove the film installed by NW Window tinting. Lesson learned, and unfortunately it cost me double to tint my windows in the timespan of only 6 days. But hopefully this review saves a few other people some money and the frustrations I experienced. Message to NW Window Tint: Don't treat customers this way. If you mess up, own it. Don't tell them one thing, then do the exact opposite. Don't advertise a lifetime warranty and guaranteed satisfaction, then toss a customer to the back of the line to fix your mistakes. And to the lady I initially worked with: You did everything right, and I appreciate your great customer service. Unfortunately, that same customer service wasn't shared or demonstrated by the other person (owner??) I spoke to. Super unfortunate that it ended up this way. read more

I'm not quite sure about everyone else's experience with this place, even to the point that three years ago I brought my former vehicle here to have the windows tinted. The job they did on that vehicle, which was like 05 Yukon Dinali XL was fabulous! However there obviously is a different crew working these current days. I took my 2019 QX 80 into have the windows tinted and they did a wonderful job on my windows. However they left the interior of my brand new ride a mess! To include a freaking puddle of water on the floor mat of the driver side. I immediately brought this to the attention of the manager, Steve, who is the silver lining in all of this BS. Hopefully he can smack his crew around and help them understand the detail of not leaving a vehicle filthy especially one that is brand spanking new. He immediately saw the problems and offered to pay for the interior to be detailed, after my wife stated that's what she wanted. He had no problem putting his words in writing, and signing off on the dealership fixing this mess. I will return for a follow-up review. In the meantime... my windows look awesome! Last update... All things have been put back to the original spotless interior, and NW Window Tinting paid for the detailing done by the dealership. THANKS STEVE! read more
