I've had another car done by this outfit a couple years earlier with zero issues. Took my Cybertruck in to get tint on windows to cool down the interior. I got a fair price, with a job well done. I got a warranty and they made me feel like they aren't done with me as soon as they get the money. I'll be back if I need this service in the future! Thanks Guys! read more

The folks at NW Window Tinting are above and beyond amazing! I can't give this place enough stars! As I type this review... They are doing my fourth vehicle. I've taken 8 vehicles here over the last 7 years. The customer service and quality is amazing. It's the reason why I keep coming back. Highly recommend this place is you need window tint done! Great value as I usually only match the front to back but they do a great job either way! read more

I was a regular customer having spent literally thousands of dollars at this establishment. I had a 9am appointment for tinting and ppf but received a text telling me I was rescheduled to 1pm. I even receive a second text telling me to remember my 1pm appointment. On the day of the appointment they call me at 10am and say the appointment is cancelled because I'm late. When I show they rescheduled me they say it was their error and try to reschedule me for next week. I had already rearranged my work schedule for this appointment. When I complained they made no effort to rectify the issue. The owner, Dale, literally laughed at me. Would never spend a cent here again. read more

They did a great job tinting my Acura Integra. The car is brand new so I was nervous about dropping it off and all of the little things that could go wrong. Not only is the tint job amazing, but there are no scratches, or any other signs of the work being done. In other words, they were careful and respectful of my car. The level of service was really good too. I dropped by to ask about pricing and scheduling availability. I received a straightforward answer, and I was surprised that they could get me in so soon. Everything went as expected when I returned to drop off the car. They got the job done in their estimated timeframe, and called to inform me when it was ready for pickup. Their pricing was about what I was expecting, but admittedly, I didn't price shop. I chose this place because they have the best reviews, and when looking to tint my next car, I'll come here again. read more

Needed a couple roll downs tinted on a new truck. Called them first thing in the morning and they squeezed me in. Had me in an out pretty quick and did an excellent job. They were also about $50 cheaper than the other quote I got too. Highly recommend read more

I called in asking for an estimate, and pricing great compared to other places I called around in the vancouver/pdx area. The only place to tint your windows in the Portland area! Stand up guys who do an amazing job - did a perfect job on my car.

They damaged 2 of my cars and refused to take responsibility for it. Totally scummy people. Don't walk, but run away from these amateurs. If you have a 1995 Honda civic these guys will probably not destroy it, but other than that find anyone else. read more

If you need window tint... THIS IS THE PLACE! Since I've moved to the area I've only went here. Between my husband and our parents we've had seven... yes SEVEN vehicles tinted with this company. Classic cars as well as new model cars! Amazing quality tint, with no bubbling, discoloring, and you cannot see where the tint starts or ends. I'm experienced in window tint because of chronic migraines that require window tint to treat my episodes, and I have to say they use quality product. I cannot recommend them enough. They are also super kind, and that is a great perk! read more

Northwest Tinting did a phenomenal job with my Subaru Impreza. I didn't think it would make that much of a difference but it looks really good! Prior to taking my car in, I asked them a million questions and they quickly responded to each and every one. They were also able to squeeze me in last minute and get my vehicle done promptly. On top of that, everyone there is super friendly. Lastly, they also followed up a couple weeks later to ensure there were no issues and solicit feedback--that's pretty professional and something I personally try to do myself as well. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to have their windows tinted. read more

I've took a few cars to NW Window Tinting and every time they have done a great job. They set up for a window company to replace windshield and rear window cause tint was too old to remove and replace, they have done an amazing job with every vehicle I've took to them and got the job in and done in a timely manner. Best prices but above that quality job. Thank you NW I will continue to come to you. Keep up the great work. read more

I had my two front driver and passenger side tinted to match the stock tint that the car came with. Fantastic job! They quoted me for $100 but since I tried to to t my two fro t windows and didn't remove it, I was charged $40 for two front window tint removal. Not bad at all. All in all, I'd recommend to check these guys out for your car windows tinted. Great professional services. read more

great service fast and reliable. did an awesome job on my bronco. I would definitely recommend it

Just got a new car so had to get the windows tinted. NW Window Tint has great reviews so I gave them a shot. The shop is clean and organized. Customer service is great, they explain the different tint options and costs. No pressure sales that let me decide what film and % to use. The place is busy so I made an appointment for next available that happened to be at 9am. Early has never worked out for me in the past with other tint shops but to my surprise they were open and waiting for me when I arrived! I dropped the car off and a couple hours later got a call that the car was done. When I picked it up it was perfect. Not much else to say. They nailed customer service, value and product. After moving here from California and buying myself a new 2018 Focus ST when I got here, I realized that I no longer knew of a "good window tinting guy," and I got nervous. I got nervous because I'm very meticulous with my cars, and I was afraid of getting my windows tinted by someone I hadn't used before. Thankfully I made the right choice by choosing to go with NW Window Tinting. Super friendly staff and super fair prices, but more importantly superb work. These guys know what they're doing, and that's all I care about. Great work guys, another happy customer here! Also, don't mind my "illegal" comment on my photo. I know the percentage of tint I chose is illegal, and the staff was nice enough to remind me of it. Again, great work. I will continue to take my cars to them! read more

They tinted my Tesla Model 3 with Autobahn window tint, full back. The desk attendant was great, she got me scheduled on the next available appointment. The whole thing took 3 hours. No bubbles, no complains here. They did a good job. read more

someone recommended me this windows tinting place. I dropped my car here to have my window tint, they actually damaged my driver rear mirror. They put a blame on their customer fault, it's damaged before hand. When we pickup our car the window is already tinted and they stated our rear mirror is damaged, it's completed melted. How can that happen, only one assumption that they use some high heated tool accident cause the damaged in that area, but NO, they blame their customer that parked the car outside that and the damaged cause by the sun. We request to see the camera of all the activities before and after when they start the service for our vehicle, but just BS excuses. I've read many bad reviews for this business owner for the same reason, but like usual they just attack their customer with the blame, but not come up with a solution or admit their mistakes. I would not recom this place. You see lots of good reviews for this business as well just because those came from customer that's not in the same situation with customers that has their vehicle damage by this business. I would give them 0 star read more

Disappointed in the customer service. Took my RAM in on Sat, June 4th to get my front windows exterior-matched to factory rear window tint. They did the job in an hour, no issues there. Noticed on Sunday that the front windows were noticeably lighter than the rears regardless of outdoor lighting. Left them a voice mail explaining issue. The lady that I saw on Sat called me back on Tuesday and was extremely courteous and said that I could call back on Friday or Saturday and they would adjust their schedule to get me in to address the issue. Awesome. To this point, very happy. I called back on Thu, June 9th to schedule a Fri or Sat appointment but the call was answered by someone else, who I'm assuming was the owner. He told me he was aware of my concerns, and when I requested to bring it back in on either Fri or Sat, he responded that their schedule was completely full, and the soonest I could bring it back was over a week away. (An even longer wait than my original appointment!!) I explained that I was told the problem would be addressed this weekend, and that the following weekend we were out of town. He didn't appear to care. I then contacted Solar Eclipse Window Tinting and explained the situation. The owner was very nice and said the 20% tint they put on my vehicle was incorrect, as it should have been 15% to match the factory tint. He scheduled me in the very next day, June 10th. 15% installed and it matches the factory tint perfectly. Also, kudos to Solar Eclipse for waving the $20 fee to remove the film installed by NW Window tinting. Lesson learned, and unfortunately it cost me double to tint my windows in the timespan of only 6 days. But hopefully this review saves a few other people some money and the frustrations I experienced. Message to NW Window Tint: Don't treat customers this way. If you mess up, own it. Don't tell them one thing, then do the exact opposite. Don't advertise a lifetime warranty and guaranteed satisfaction, then toss a customer to the back of the line to fix your mistakes. And to the lady I initially worked with: You did everything right, and I appreciate your great customer service. Unfortunately, that same customer service wasn't shared or demonstrated by the other person (owner??) I spoke to. Super unfortunate that it ended up this way. read more
