With more than 200,000 miles it looks as good as new, just gorgeous. The floor mats and seats are immaculate, and every nook and cranny has been wiped clean (even the little shelf under my radio has been gone over all the way back to its depth of the compartment!). Within minutes of my arrival, Brian (the owner) and one of his Staff were burrowing into the car, and even found a long lost gift card and miscellaneous coins that dropped between the seats a while back. The waiting room has a very comfortable sofa if you choose to wait. The prices were a good value and they completed this in a few short hours. Took it back in to have bolts tightened as it was making noise. They were great and said they tightened them. Started making noise again. Took it back in and they said they had a mechanic look at it and he said it looked like an inner tie rods issue or CV axles. Gave me card of their mechanic. I ended up taking it to another mechanic who clearly stated truck had loose suspension nuts. Fixed it and noise is gone. Cost me $228. Again, love love the window tinting and service there. Just not the aftermarket suspension work they can do.

Here's the reason why: Adrian, along with his crew Cici and Ilsa did a fantastic job applying ceramic coating on body/wheels, PPF full front end protection and window tints on my vehicle. I was impressed by the amount of detail and work that this crew did to protect my vehicle as well as allowing it to keep that luster in its paint for many years to come. I could feel that unique ceramic-coated texture when you glide your fingers across the paint. The XPEL Prime XR 70% tint applied over factory privacy glass resulted in a perfect blend and I'm very impressed with the outcome indeed. The vehicle was in their shop for 2 days from Thursday-Sat because of the amount of services I requested requests and I wasn't in any hurry getting the car back. I appreciate Adrian's communication with me throughout the entire process when I told him exactly what I wanted done and nothing was vague. All the work and pricing was transparent. Adrian is a professional at his craft and delivers on what he says he will do. His shop is clean and well organized. These qualities is what believe sets him apart from other shops. His collaboration with the customer in getting all the requests done correctly is worth mentioning. I chose this middle option after reading many tinting reviews online, and I chose Auto Trim Design because they use Llumar. I'm happy I chose them. They were easy to work with, the installation was quick, the price was good, and after two months my windows still look perfect. Shop did not clean door panels. Lazy. some kind of dried white dust in trunk rain gutter (maybe soap from tint fitting to rear glass). Debris on carpet from dirty shoes Pieces of cut tint on the floor, seats and in the trunk. 2 small tears in one of the window's tint. But the part that made me soooo angry...water in my rear speakers!! I had water in my trunk (not the gutter) and I didn't think too much of it...but when my rear window got so foggy and wet I couldn't see (I didn't want to turn on defroster because new tint) I noticed wet speaker grills. I went back into the trunk and saw water steadily dripping from the speaker magnets...meaning water had soaked through the speaker cone, and surely deteriorating the speaker. Amateur hour.
